【摘要】 湖泊是具有涵养水源、调节湖滨地区气候、维持生物多样性等功能的一项宝贵的自然资源,同时也为人们游览观光、休闲度假的提供了好去处,是旅游资源中重要的组成部分。湖泊旅游的建立与发展,为社会提供了游览、观光、度假、探险、科学考察等多种形式的旅游活动场所。因此,开发利用湖泊资源不仅有地理上的优势,也是人们物质文明和精神文明的需求。青海湖景区是青藏高原的瑰宝,是青海省的王牌旅游景区,旅游资源十分丰富,且有很高的知名度和开发潜力。近年来,随着青海旅游业的快速发展,以及建设高原旅游名省战略的全面推进,青海湖景区在全国乃至世界的知名度和美誉度不断提高,引起了业界的极大关注。但是,与国内资源地位相近的优秀旅游景区相比,青海湖景区的旅游业不论是在发展规模,还是在发展速度上,与其地位极不相称,旅游资源开发还存在诸多问题,所以,研究如何合理地开发青海湖景区的旅游具有十分重大的现实意义。因此,依据旅游资源开发方面的有关理论,本文对青海湖景区的旅游开发进行了深入探讨。本文在对青海湖景区自然、社会及旅游业发展现状等进行论述的基础上,依据国家标准《旅游资源分类、调查与评价》(国家标准GB/T18972-2003)对青海湖景区旅游资源进行了具体分类,并做出了定性和定量评价,力图从整体上把握青海湖景区旅游资源的状况及其开发价值。之后,利用SWOT分析法,对青海省客源市场及青海湖景区旅游开发进行总体分析,评价了旅游开发中的拥有的优势、存在的劣势、面临的威胁及可能的机遇,为青海湖景区旅游开发研究做好铺垫。接着,提出青海湖景区旅游开发的总体思路,并确定了青海湖景区旅游开发的市场定位和重点选择。之后针对青海湖景区旅游资源的特点、开发状况、存在问题,提出了具体的对策和建议,使之真正实现青海湖景区旅游业的快速、健康、持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lake is a kind of valuable natural resource, which can conserve water, regulate climate of lakeside and maintain biodiversity, also can provide a good place for people to make sightseeing and have leisure holidays, so it plays important part in the tourism resources. The establishment of lake tourism provides many forms of tourism sites, such as sightseeing, vacation, exploration, scientific study etc. Therefore, the development and utilization of lake resources not only are geographical advantages, but also the material and spiritual needs of people.Qinghai Lake scenic area is a gem of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, andalso is the best tourist attraction of Qinghai Province, its tourism is very rich in resources, and has a high potential for development. In recent years, with the rapid development of tourism in Qinghai, as well as pushing forward the strategic that building well-known tourism province on the Qinghai-Tibet plateau, Qinghai Lake scenic area continues improving its visibility and reputation in the country and all over the world, and gets great concern by the tourists. However, compared to the tourist attractions that similar to Qinghai Lake area on domestic resources, tourism industry in Qinghai Lake scenic area has many problems, not only on size, but also on the pace of development. It is not commensurate with its status. So, studying how to develop rationally tourism in Qinghai Lake area is of great practical significance. Therefore, based on the theory of development to tourism resources, this paper makes in-depth discussions on tourism development in the Qinghai Lake scenic area.In this paper, natural, social and tourism development in the Qinghai Lake scenic area are discussed, and tourism resources classifications inthe Qinghai Lake area are given on the basis of national standards------"tourism resources classification, investigation and evaluation" (National Standard GB / T 18972-2003), and qualitative and quantitative evaluation are made. Following, use SWOT method to analyze tourism sources markets of Qinghai province and Qinghai Lake area, including advantages, disadvantages, threats and opportunities of tourism development. Then, advance the general concept of tourism development, and identify market positioning and focus options of tourism development in Qinghai Lake scenic area. At the end, put forward concrete measures and proposals to assure rapid, healthy and sustained tourism development in Qinghai lake scenic area.更多还原
