【摘要】 乌头属植物早在我国古代就做药用。对其活性成分及药理作用的研究,近年来的报道非常多。现代药理研究证明,本属植物具有抗炎、镇痛、麻醉和调节免疫机制等功效。目前,对乌头属植物研究主要集中在常用中药,如川乌、草乌、附子、雪上一枝蒿等;而对其它的乌头类植物研究较少,有关唐古特乌头地上部分化学成分的研究至今尚未见文献。因此,为了扩大药用资源,开发新药,为我国中药植物的化学成分、化学分类和药用植物亲源学研究提供参考依据,本文在综述乌头属植物化学成分及其药理活性研究进展的基础上,对唐古特乌头地上部分化学成分进行了初步探讨。本论文包括了以下两方面的研究工作:1.综述了我国乌头属药用植物的研究概况2.对唐古特乌头地上部分醇提物分别采用柱层析、萃取等理化方法,从中分离得到7个化合物,依据理化性质和光谱分析,对其中4个单体化合物的结构进行了鉴定,分别为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)(β-Sitosterol)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅱ)(Daucosterol),棕榈酸(Ⅲ)(palmiticacid)和关附甲素(Ⅳ)(Guanfu baseA);化合物Ⅳ的获得在对乌头属植物化学分类学和药理学研究方面均有一定意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aconitum tanguticum(maxim.) Staps On the medicinal done in ancient China.There are many reports about its active ingredient and pharmacological role research in recent years.Pharmacological studies have proved that this plants with anti-inflammatory,analgesic,narcotic effectiveness of the regulation of the immune mechanism and other functions.At present,studies mainly concentrated in the conventional Traditional Chinese Medicine;But It does not have information on the study about Aconitum tanguticum(maxim.) Staps.Therefore,in order to expand medical resources,to develop new drugs,Its chemical composition was studied in this paper.All of the paper includes two parts:In the first part,according to the theoretical research of above content,the author Summary of the Medicinal Plant Research Progress.In the second part,There are four chemical composition(β-Sitosterol、Daucosterol、palmiticacid and Guanfu base A.) isolated from Aconitum tan guticum(maxim.)
