下保护层开采对上覆巷道稳定性的影响

【摘要】 本文基于下保护层开采卸压后上覆巷道围岩应力分布特点及规律,综合运用理论分析、计算机数值模拟、相似材料模拟及现场工业性试验等多种研究方法,对上覆巷道的围岩应力分布、变形规律、支护方式和马丽散注浆支护技术进行了系统的研究,得出了顶板挠曲与巷道支护阻力的关系、巷道围岩应力分布、变形规律、合理的支护方式及其马丽散注浆参数。下保护层开采卸压后,采动断裂角为50°,卸压影响区的巷道变形主要是由于巷道周围存在纵向破断裂隙,围岩受到垂直应力和剪切应力的影响,顶板较破碎,锚梁网比U型棚支护效果要好,工作面回采至卸压区时,需要马丽散注浆加固,使破碎顶板重新固结生成整体性强度较高的顶板;另一方面就是合理的巷道布局,避开应力集中区,把巷道布置在应力降低区。本文研究成果对于下保护开采后上覆围岩的支护和合理布局具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。

【Abstract】 Based on the characteristic and law of the roadway on the overlying strata after mining protecting strata, Multi-research methods, such as the theoretical analysis, the computer numerical simulation, simulation of similar materials, filed research was synthetically used in this paper. It processed the systemic research to the surrounding rock stress distribution, the law of distortion, the influent factor, supporting methods and Marithan grouting. The relationship of roof flexure and support resistance, the stress distribution characteristics and the distortion laws and the general technical parameters of Marithan grouting were found. The pressure relief angle was 50°, the reason for the distortion of roadway on the pressure relief area was that there was vertical fissure, the surrouding rock was disturbed by vertical stress and shear stress, it was loose and the roof was crushing, the effect of bolting was better than U-type supporting. When mining was close to the relaxing area, Marithan grouting coule re-generate roof and improve its strength. On other hand was reasonable layout of roadway, such as avoiding abutment area and layouting the roadway on the stress decreasing zone. Results in this paper did great good to the supporting and reasonable layout of roadway on the overlying strata.
