基于DICOM标准的小型PACS系统的设计及实现

【摘要】 医学影像存档与通讯系统(PACS)是医疗信息化的重要部分。而遵循DICOM 3.0标准通信的构架,是系统的信息是否具有与其他厂商设备或者系统进行交互的关键。作为一个开放互联的协议,DICOM标准中涵盖了医学数字图像的采集、归档、通信、显示及查询等几乎所有方面。DICOM标准的推出与实现,大大简化了医学影像信息交换的实现。在构建及引进PACS系统的过程中,要求执行DICOM标准遵从,已成为业界的共识。针对国内现有PACS系统通常规模较大及未能较好支持DICOM3.0标准的问题,本文在遵循DICOM标准的基础上,给出了一个mini—PACS系统,文中采用了面向对象的技术对该系统进行了分析与设计,采用了统一建模语言(UnifiedModeling Language,UML)介绍系统的分析、设计与实现,并且尽可能利用了各种可复用设计模式(Design Patterns)。在介绍设计与实现的过程中,重点给出了系统中的医生工作站子系统和通信子系统的静态结构和对象交互。
【Abstract】 Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) is the important step of e-hospital. Meanwhile, to exchange information between PACS or modalities from different venders, PACS should support DIC0M3. 0, which is a standard by ACR and NEMA.As a opening joint protocol, DICOM Standard involve even all the aspect of digital health images, such as acquiring image, achieving, communication, display and query etc. The appearance of DICOM promotes health image information exchanging in various imaging devices and systems. In the process of building and purchasing PACS, it is as well known that the system or device conforming to DICOM is a must.This article introduces the design and development of a mini-PACS based on DICOM 3.0. I apply the Object-Oriented Software Engineering theory and method to design and implement. Unify Modeling Language (UML) is used to describe analyses and specification. And we utilizekinds of elements of reusable Object-Oriented software--DesignPatterns. As an emphasis, the Physician Workstation sub system and communication system are introduced, involving the Static Structure, the Object Interaction and so on.
