五官科医院设备管理现状及对策研究

【摘要】 就如在国内各企业中,机械设备是企业创造财富利润的必要物质条件一样,医疗设备是医院开展医疗、教学、科研的必备物质条件,也是不断提高医学科学技术水平的基本条件。医疗设备的使用早已经进入了医院的诊断,检查,治疗,护理等等各个环节。无论是预防还是诊断或者治疗疾病,医疗机构不仅仅依赖于临床医师丰富的知识经验的积累和临场判断,同时,在很大程度上更是依赖于先进的医疗设备条件的辅助。正是由于医疗设备的不断发展,才使医学诊疗技术产生了一个质的飞跃。先进医疗设备还是医院实现现代化的一个重要标志。医院拥有医疗设备的数量和质量体现了医院现代化的程度和规模,是医院现代化的标志。医院如果不具备先进的装备,在医学上要走在世界先进水平的前列是很困难的。随着科学技术的高速发展,越来越多的高精尖技术应用到医疗设备当中,因而医疗设备在医疗工作中的作用越来越大。目前,医疗机构之间的竞争越来越激烈。患者决定在哪个医院就诊,不仅取决于该院是否有知名的教授,是否有整洁宽敞的就医环境,同时也在考虑该院是否有先进的医疗设备。因此,医疗设备在现今已经越来越成为了影响医院经济效益以及社会效益的关键物质基础。而要处理好医院医疗活动的常规运行,则必须运用一系列科学的设备管理的技术和方法,使设备管理系统处于良好的运行状态,避免因为管理不善而使设备闲置以造成资源的浪费。因而,如何有效的进行设备管理,如何高效地进行设备管理以提高医院设备的使用效率,就成为医院设备管理中的重要课题。本课题通过对五官科医院的设备管理现状的分析,阐述设备管理的重要性,研究如何加强以及完善设备管理,并充分利用计算机系统来提高设备管理的工作效率,提高设备的使用效率,降低设备运行成本,为医院领导层制定设备管理发展政策提供依据,同时,也能为整个医疗行业的设备管理提供借鉴。通过查询万方文献数据库发现,数据库中对于医院设备管理的文章相对比较少。前些年的文献基本也只是触及如何科学地开展设备管理,阐述设备的购置,维护,报废等日常事务性内容,只有近几年数据库有了几篇关于设备计划采购管理的论文,涉及了设备经济管理以及对计算机的应用。本课题将从五官科医院设备管理的人员数量,人员素质,工作内容,工作方式入手,逐步指出医院在该管理工作流程中存在诸如管理人员数量不足,结构老化,管理只停留在对设备购置,保管,发放进行手工操作等等的缺陷,管理效率低下,提出在医院领导层重视的情况下,加强对设备管理的重新认识,以计算机管理替代原来的经验管理为主要手段,提高设备管理的工作效率,继而提高医疗设备的使用效率,真正把设备管理落实到实处,才能最大程度地提高医院的经济以及社会效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 For instance, at an enterprise, medical equipment is a necessity for an enterprise to create wealth. Likewise, medical equipment is also a necessity for a hospital to develop medical treatment, teaching and research.The use of medical equipment has already been attached to various of hospital segment, such as diagnostic, treatment, and nursery, etc.No matter for prophylaxis, diagnostic or treatment, doctor relies more on advanced equipment than their own knowledge and judgment to certain extent these days. Constant development of medical equipment makes hospital to generate an essential stride on technique of diagnosis. Advanced medical equipment is also a milestone of modern hospital. To possess of advanced medical equipment to certain level reflect a scale and symbol of a modern hospital, Hospital without being equipped advanced equipment will have difficult time to catch up with rest of competitors. More and more advanced techniques are being used to produce medical equipment which become more important part of hospital’ s function.Right now, the competition between hospitals is getting more fierce. Patient ’ s determination on choosing hospital not only rely on number of famous professors, good infrastructure the hospital has, but also rely on whether the hospital has advanced medical equipment. So now days advanced medical equipment has become crucial factor to influence hospital and social benefit. To deal with hospital’ s routine medical activities, we must use a series of scientific method to manage equipment. A good management system can run the equipment efficiently and also avoid unused equipment being wasted. So how to efficiently manage equipment to increase its usage has become an important subject in hospital management.Through the analysis of current equipment management at EENT hospital, elaborating on the importance of equipment management, research on how to strengthen and standard the management of equipment. Adequately use computer system to enhance the efficiency of management. Decrease the cost of running equipment, enhance usage of equipment. To provide a basis for hospital leader makes policy for equipment management. In the mean time, providing reference for the whole medical industry.Through WanFang database discovered a few articles with regard management of hospital equipment. Documents from a few years ago only touch on how to scientifically develop hospital equipment management, describe on purchase, maintenance and routines. Only recent years there are some articles regarding purchasing management involving equipment economic management and usage of computer.The article starts at number of personnel, quality of personnel, work content, method of work within hospital equipment management. Graduate point out the existing problem, such as lack of personnel, aging structure, low efficiency, management only on purchasing, keeping and dispatching etc. My suggestion is to use computerized management instead of experienced management style. Increase efficiency of equipment management will enhance the usage of equipment. Only to fully implement the equipment management in hospital can a hospital maximize the hospital and social benefit.更多还原
