【摘要】 本文立足于21世纪消费者日益多元化、个性化的需求这一基本前提,结合制造业专业分工协作模式的潮流,依据系统思想和理论,运用PEST分析法、SWOT分析模型等科学的管理思想、理念和控制方法,针对企业内外部环境进行宏微观分析,通过系统方法在生产环节的大胆尝试,对传统制造业的生产管理系统进行优化重组,消除浪费、提高效率、降低制造成本从而获取利润的最大化。本文以实际的生产系统为主线,理论与实践相结合,在对具体的生产活动进行剖析和总结过程中,采用生产管理中过程控制系统对企业进行深入剖析和探讨,运用所学的系统控制理论处理和解决问题,通过定性、定量的分析来获取成功的关键因素和有效的改进方法。本文的研究对于生产管理人员理解和把握生产管理的全过程,以及如何从实际的条件和需求出发,采用适合的方式来进行生产系统的维护和改善,具有一定的启发和参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 21st century, consumers’ needs become diversified and individuated, and there is a trend of division and collaboration mode in manufacturing industry. Based on systematic idea and theory, this paper uses scientific management idea, thoughts and control methods such as PEST analytical method and SWOT analytical model, macroscopically and microcosmicly analyzes the outer and inner environments of the enterprise with systematic idea and thoughts, optimizes and reconstructs manufacturing control system in traditional manufacturing industry, eliminates wastes, raises efficiency, lowers costs, so as to minimizes profit.This paper takes the practical manufacturing system as main thread, and combines theories with practice. During the analysis and summary of specific manufacturing activities, it employs process control system in manufacturing management to analyze and explore the enterprise, uses system control theory to manage and resolve problems, and adopts qualitative and quantitative analysis to obtain key factors of success and effective improving methods. Research in this paper has some enlightening and consulting value for the manufacturing managers to understand and master the complete process of manufacturing management, and adopt proper methods to maintain and improve manufacturing system from the realistic conditions and requirements.更多还原
