现代战场防御资源优化分配方法研究

【摘要】 未来战争是陆、海、空、电、天等多维一体的信息化、数字化战争。近几年来雷达组网成为各国作战系统不可或缺的架构之一,怎样合理分配雷达才能实时准确地发现及监视目标是各国军队专家研究的热点;随着高技术兵器的投入,怎样合理调动武器灵活准确打击目标,在最大程度上发挥整体作战效能,同样是军事领域探讨的重点。本课题从实际工程应用出发,以海上舰艇编队防御作战环境为背景,对雷达和武器两种主要防御资源的目标优化分配问题进行研究:①建立基于分解协调法的雷达-目标分配问题的数学模型,将空中m批目标分解为m个独立的子优化问题,通过协调器协调各个子问题的解,找出使整个雷达组网对m批目标发现概率最大的目标分配问题全局最优解,通过仿真实验与其它方法进行比较,证明该方法的可行性;②对空中来袭目标确立威胁评估指标体系,根据灰色系统的灰色局势决策方法的数学模型,提出目标威胁评估算法,通过仿真实验证明该方法的可行性;③以编队中各个舰艇平台为作战单元,根据单舰火力配备、武器性能、侦察指挥系统提供的目标威胁程度等,使用模拟退火算法与贪心机制结合实现单舰武器目标分配;④引入协同作战思想,在单舰局部目标分配的前提下,进一步研究舰艇编队的协同武器分配问题,使得编队击毁目标数量更多、整体作战效能更优。仿真实验借助VC++语言开发。仿真结果表明,本文提出的一系列思想和算法,可极大地提高雷达组网侦察系统发现探测目标的能力,达到准确评估目标威胁、优化武器分配的目的,使得防御作战效果最佳。

【Abstract】 Compared to the traditional warfare, the future war will be developed into informative, digital and multi-dimensional, not only aero amphibious, but also electromagnetic. In recent years, it’s indispensable for battles under the framework of radar network, so it’s an important issue how to assign radars reasonably to detect and scout targets; on the other hand, with the wide usage of high-tech weapons, it’s also an important issue how to assign weapons to realize fleet’s combat effectiveness in large extent.In the background of anti-air warship fleets environment, from the aspect of application, the optimization problems of target assignment in radar network and weapon-target assignment are discussed in this paper as follows.①A mathematical model of target assignment in radar network is established based on Decomposition-coordination method of the Large Scale System Theory. Its main idea is that decomposing m batches of targets into m sub-optimal problems; the coordinator is used to coordinate the solution of each sub problem and the global optimal results, which make the probabilities of target detection maximal in the entire radar network, are obtained.②B ased on the established evaluation index system of aerial target’s threat, Grey Situation Decision of Grey System Theory is presented to solve the evaluation problem, through the mathematical model and arithmetic, simulated experiment demonstrates the idea’s flexibility.③Taking each warship as a combat unit, Simulated Annealing arithmetic is used to assign weapons against targets according to the firepower-equipment, weapons’performance, targets’threat evaluation in each unit.④The idea of cooperative engagement capability(CEC) is imported to this paper, according to the local weapon assignment results produced in each unit, how to coordinate targets assignment of the warship fleet’s weapons is researched further, which pursues the global optimal combat effectiveness.Simulated results demonstrate that the serial of ideas proposed in this paper are effective and efficient, they can not only enhance detective ability of the entire radar network, but also reach the purpose of evaluating target’s threat exactly and assign weapons optimally to attack targets.
