【摘要】 中国金融业全面对外资开放,银行业的竞争格局面临重塑。梳理外部性理论的起源及其在金融产业经济中的发展过程,西方外部性理论演进贯穿了整个金融发展史的脉络,对金融业的影响深远流长。揭示中外银行业竞争格局异同的深层文化因素,外部性理论演进对我国银行业竞争的启示。从银行业竞争的沿革、监管体制、稳定性等方面比较分析我国银行业和外国银行业的竞争格局的外部性特征,分析我国银行业竞争态势,对比国内银行与外资银行竞争格局态势,外部性对银行业有效竞争影响显著。在存在外部性的条件下,同样的资本和要素难以通过市场竞争趋于获得同样的报酬,以利润函数作为切入点,分析某一银行的投入和产出之比发生的变化,金融产品的成本组成包含外部边际成本,选取“税收负担”、“营业费用”作为衡量外部边际成本关键因素,分析外部性对有效竞争的影响程度,并提出优化银行业竞争外部环境的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese financing has been opening for the foreign investments completely, the banking competition pattern has to be remodeled. Tease out the origins of the external theory and its development process in the finance industral economy, reveal the deep culture factors in the competition patterns’ similarities and differences of the Chinese and foreign banking, and the revelation for our country’s finances’s competions from the external theory evolution. Analysis the external features and situation of the competition pattern of our country’s banking and foreign banking, and analysis our country’s competition situation from the comparison between the banking competition’s evolution, the mechanism for oversight and management, stability and other sides, the efficient influences of the external performances for the banking is outstanding. Same capitals and factors are difficult to get same rewards through market competition situation under the condition of externals. By the penetration point of profit function, analysis the happening changes in the input-output comparison of one bank. The costs of financial products include external marginal costs, choose "tax burden", "operating expense" as the key elements of the external marginal costs, analysis the influence level of externals for the efficient competition, thereout, put forward the policy proposal for optimizing the exteral surrounding of the banking competition.更多还原
