唐山地区农村住宅建筑节能改造措施研究

【摘要】 长期以来,我国农村地区强调低建筑造价,自主建房,并没有形成农村住宅建筑的市场,加之缺乏针对农村住宅建筑热工和建筑节能方面的标准规范可供依据,导致建筑围护结构过于单薄、保温水平低、门窗气密性差,住宅室内热环境质量较差,多数冬季没有达到基本的热舒适水平,室内温度普遍很低,约在5~10℃,远没有达到卫生及舒适标准。农村住宅能耗因为经济不发达的原因还没有突显,但随着近几年国家全面建设小康社会,建设社会主义新农村政策的实施,农村经济得到快速发展,人们迫切需要改善居住环境,大量的农村住宅需要节能改造。本文针对唐山地区农村住宅能耗的特点,从建筑围护结构方面提出节能改造措施。分别就外墙、屋顶、门窗等提出具体的改造措施,以改善住宅的室内热环境,提高居民的热舒适性,达到农村住宅节能的目的;也针对农村住宅的特点,提出了适合农村地区的可再生能源利用技术与措施,旨在构建有农村特色的住宅节能改造技术体系;通过分析、研究农村住宅的能耗特点、结合现有的居住建筑节能改造标准,阐述了农村住宅节能改造的设计原则和技术措施;在收集、整理相关资料的基础上,对农村住宅建设现状进行了系统分析;依据建筑节能设计要求、农村住宅建筑的特点及墙体外保温、绿色资源利用等理论与技术,对唐山市农村住宅的节能改造方法进行了系统的分析,并提出了适合唐山地区的农村住宅节能改造措施。本文希望能在农村住宅节能改造方面做出有益的探索,为唐山地区乃至我国采暖地区农村住宅节能改造提供有益的帮助。
【Abstract】 For a long time,China’s villages have been emphasized on the low cost and independent build of the houses.So there has not formed a real construction market. Also,the lack of standards and norms on construction thermal and building energy conservation in rural residential,resulting in too flimsy of the building envelope,low levels of insulation,poor airtight of the windows and doors,bad quality of residential indoor thermal environment.Most of the buildings’ temperature did not meet the basic level of thermal comfort in winter,and the indoor temperature is generally low, about 5 to 10℃,far from attaining health and comfort standards.For the reason of underdevelopment economy,residential energy consumption in rural areas has not been highlighted.But as the state implemented a comprehensive well-off society and the building of new rural areas,the rural economy has developed rapidly in recent years.So there is a urgent demand to improve the living environment,with a large number of rural houses needing energy transformation.According to the characteristics of rural residential buildings’ energy consumption in Tangshan area,this paper proposes the measures of energy-saving from building envelope structure,respectively on the external walls,roofs,doors and windows,so as to improve the indoor thermal environment of rural residential housing in Tangshan area and raise residents of thermal comfort,energy conservation to achieve the purpose of rural housing.At the same time,aiming at the characteristics of rural housing,the use of renewable energy technologies and measures is put forward to build the technology system on the residential energy-saving of rural characteristics.The paper describes the transformation of rural residential energy conservation design principles and the importance of building,by researching,analyzing the characteristics of power consumption in rural housing,with some of the existing living standards of building energy conservation.Based on collecting,collating relevant information of the rural housing,the paper makes system analysis of the the status of rural housing.According to the design requirements on building energy conservation,rural residential construction and the characteristics of the wall, insulation,using the green theory technology,the reforming method of rural residential in Tangshan is analyzed systematicly,and the residential energy conservation measures suitable for Tangshan areas is put forward.This paper hopes to make useful exploration and provide useful help on transforming the rural residential energy conservation for Tangshan region and other rural areas in China.
