【摘要】 目的:通过临床观察探索健脾理气和血法治疗脾虚肝郁型溃疡性结肠炎的价值和机理。方法:临床研究中将符合要求的42例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组:经验方结合黏膜局部辨证用药;对照组:口服柳氮磺吡啶(SASP)。治疗1个疗程(20d)后观察评定治疗效果。结果:治疗组、对照组临床总有效率分别为85.71%、57.14%,两者比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。肠黏膜总有效率分别为80.95%、52.38%,两者比较有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论:健脾理气和血法可显著改善患者的临床症状和肠黏膜;在整体辨证的基础上结合肠黏膜局部辨证,可使辨证治疗进一步完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore through clinical observation of Jianpi Liqi Hexue Treatment of Spleen deficiency Liver depression of ulcerative colitis for the mechanism and the value. Methods:The clinical study will meet the requirements of 42 cases of ulcerative colitis patients were randomly divided into two groups:the experience of Diagnosis and Prescription mucosa partial control group:Oral Salicylazosulfapyridine(SASP).For a course of treatment(20d) Evaluation observed after treatment.Results:In the treatment group and the control group respectively of the total efficiency of 85.71%,57.14%,and there is a significant difference(P＜0.05).The total efficiency of intestinal mucosa were 80.95%,52.38%,a significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Liqi Hexue can significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and intestinal mucosa in the overall differentiation on the basis of the intestinal mucosa with local Syndrome,and Differential Treatment can be further perfected.更多还原
