基于RFID的自动化立体仓库作业调度与监控系统研究

【摘要】 目前,市场的竞争日趋激烈,企业要想在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地,高效率是企业不可或缺的因素。企业的效率不仅包括它的生产、制造的效率,还包括它的整个物流的效率。而企业的仓储管理水平是企业物流中的关键一环,它对提高整个企业物流效率起到至关重要的作用。因此说,提高了企业的仓储管理水平,也就在很大程度上提高了企业的效率。自动化立体仓库的出现,正是适应时代的潮流。本论文根据射频识别技术的基本原理和射频识别技术具有信息无线传输、信息传递量大和信息传播方便准确等特点,结合自动化立体仓库的工作情况,把射频识别技术应用到自动化立体仓库中,构建出一个基于射频识别技术的自动化立体仓库。对货物从进入该自动化立体仓库开始,一直到货物被从仓库中取出的全过程,运用射频识别技术对货物的具体信息、运输和存储情况以及货位的具体信息和使用情况进行全面的管理和监视,并使用嵌入式系统对自动化立体仓库的作业操作进行控制,极大地提高了自动化立体仓库在作业时的准确性、可靠性和安全性。自动化立体仓库作业调度问题属于旅行商问题,基本粒子群优化算法虽然可以求解该类问题,但是容易陷入局部最优解。本论文考虑到这一问题,将交换子和交换序的概念引入到基本粒子群优化算法中,并与免疫算法相结合,对用基本粒子群优化算法优化后的种群进行接种和免疫操作,通过接种疫苗来提高粒子的适应度,再使用免疫选择来防止种群退化。并运用此种组合优化算法对自动化立体仓库作业调度的实际问题进行优化,进一步明确该组合优化算法的优化过程,验证了其可操作性强、通用性好,能够快速、简单、准确地将固定货架的拣选作业问题解决,找到拣选作业的最优方案的特点。
【Abstract】 Since the competition is getting fierce increasingly, high efficiency has become an indispensable factor for contemporary enterprise to be invincible. The efficiency of a company contains not only production efficiency and manufacturing efficiency, but also the integrated logistics efficiency. While storage management is a key factor, for its essential role of a company’s integrated logistics efficiency. So, the higher the storage management level, the higher the company’s efficiency. At this condition the AS/RS emerged.A large number of advanced technologies have been used in modern production management as the continuous progress of science and technologies. Since RFID Based on the principle of RFID, along with its characteristic of wireless transmission, large mount and facilitate and accurate quality of information, an AS/RS system with RFID has been created in this paper. The AS/RS begins with entrance of goods, ends with removed of goods. With RFID technology being used, it can realize the total management and monitoring of goods, which include both the specific information of transmission and storage of goods and the information of cargoes. At the same time embedded system has been used to control the workshop of AS/RS in order to improve the accurate, reliable and security of AS/RS.To avoid the disadvantage of getting into local optimum solution with particle swarm optimization in solving order-picking scheduling problem for an Automated Storage/Retrieval System(AS/RS), commutators and commutative orders are introduced into particle swarm optimization algorithm. Combining immune algorithm with particle swarm optimization algorithm, optimized populations are vaccinated and immunized. Vaccinating bacterin can improve adaptability of particles, and immune selection can prevent degeneracy of populations. The corresponding processes of the hybrid algorithm are given in succession. In order to verify the above hybrid algorithm, an example is presented. The calculated results show that the algorithm is operable and versatile. In solving the fixed shelf order-picking scheduling problem, the optimized solution can be found fast, simply and exact with presented algorithm.
