【副题名】以武汉市石榴红村休闲农场为例

【摘要】 随着我国社会经济的发展以及工业化、城市化进程的加快,人类对土地的需求急剧膨胀,农地非农化规模日益扩大,人地矛盾日益突出。农地的巨大机会成本使社会更关注城市的扩张、经济的发展,而忽略农地的保护。农地非农化无序,不仅不能保证粮食安全,更无法保障经济社会的可持续发展。因而,在继续支持城市发展的同时,更要重视稀缺的农地资源的保护。本文从揭示农地游憩价值的角度展现农地所蕴含的巨大的非市场价值,希望从侧面给人们些许启示。本文首先对我国城市化和工业化进程驱使农地非农化的大背景作了介绍,在对国内外大量文献进行综述的基础上,提出了本文的研究方法、技术路线和可能的创新点;然后,进入本文的理论研究部分,探讨了游憩价值评估的理论基础以及其他相关理论;接着进入方法论研究,对游憩价值评估方法中最主流的旅行费用法(TCM)进行了系统介绍,分别介绍了传统的分区旅行费用模型(ZTCM)、个人旅行费用模型(ITCM)和改良的旅行费用区间分析法(TCIA)的评估原理、技术路线和特点;在理论体系和方法论的基础上进入本文的实证研究部分,运用TCIA对石榴红村的游憩价值进行评估,评估结果表明:2006年石榴红村的游憩价值为614.72万元;最后是结论和讨论部分,总结了整篇文章的研究结论,并且对研究方法和研究结论进行讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 As China’s socio-economic development and speeding up of industrialization and urbanization, the demand for land of human rapidly expand, land conversion scale grow, people and land conflicts have become increasingly prominent. Great opportunity cost of agricultural land makes the community more concern about urban sprawl and economic development and neglect of agricultural land protection. Land conversion disorder, not only can not guarantee food security, but can not guarantee the sustainable economic and social development. As a result, continue to support urban development in the same time, more attention to the scarcity of agricultural land resources protection. This article reveals the value of agricultural land open the perspective of agricultural land by the display contains the huge non-market values that some people from side to the Enlightenment.China’s urbanization and industrialization process is introduced which drive land conversion. Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature, this proposed research methods, technology and possible routes of innovation are referenced. The theoretical research go into next part. The theoretical basis of leisure value assessment and other relevant theory are referenced. Then research methodology are introduced. Travel cost method (TCM) is the most popular method in leisure value assessment. Assessment of principle, technical line and the characteristics of traditional zone travel cost model (ZTCM), individual travel cost model (ITCM) and improved travel costs interval analysis (TCIA)are introduced. On the basis of theory and methodology, I use TC1A to evaluate the leisure value of Shiliuhong village. Research results show that: the recreation value of Shiliuhong village in 2006 is 6.1472 million yuan. Finally it is conclusions and discussion part. The conclusions of entire article are summarized. Besides, research methods and conclusion of the study were discussed.更多还原
