基于现场总线的实验系统设计与开发

【摘要】 现场总线技术代表了控制系统的发展方向,学习研究现场总线技术离不开现场总线实验环境。通过分析研究现场总线尤其是基金会现场总线的主要技术与特点,及其在过程自动化领域的应用优势与前景,结合专业需求,以实际应用为主要目标,将现场总线技术引入实验教学,设计开发了基于现场总线的实验系统。从教学及科研角度出发,确定了系统的设计思想和原则,对系统控制对象的选取、结构设计、产品选型、系统硬件配置、软件体系、系统软硬件安装与调试等设计开发过程进行了详细的阐述。系统选取工业现场广泛存在且具有代表性的变量为测控变量,系统中控制回路包含企业生产现场常用的典型控制,针对性强;产品选取SMAR现场总线智能仪表,具有代表性,因此系统的实验价值很高。通过对系统控制进行分析,完成了系统组态软件和监控软件设计与开发,并对实验系统进行了建模与仿真。对实验系统的功能进行了研究分析。系统具有很大的柔性和可扩展性,可模拟和验证工业现场中多种实际的自动控制方案,给出了由现场总线实现控制的示例。系统的完成和投入使用为有关现场总线的教学、科研、技术培训与交流等提供了很好的实验平台,为开发工业现场总线控制系统提供了借鉴和实践场所,具有借鉴意义和应用价值。
【Abstract】 Fieldbus technology represents the development direction of control system. Studying and researching fieldbus technology require the experimental environment of fieldbus. With analyzing fieldbus, especially the main technical characteristics of FF and its application advantage and prospect, Fieldbus technology is introduced to experimental teaching and the fieldbus control experimental system had been developed for the speciality requirement and orientation to practical application.With the perspective of teaching and research, the system design concepts and principles were determined. The paper showed details of system control object selection, structure design, product selection, system hardware configuration, software architecture, System software and hardware installation and debugging process and so on. The variables selected are widely existing in industry field and have representation as measure and control variables. System control loop contains the typical control which commonly used in industry field with strong targets. SMAR fieldbus aptitude instrument were selected with strong representative. So, the system has high experimental value. With analyzing system control, system configuration software and monitoring software design had been accomplished, and the experiment system had been modeled and simulated.Experiment system function had been studied and analyzed. With great flexibility and expansibility, system can simulate and verify various actual automatic control schemes, giving control example from fieldbus. The accomplishment and application of the system provide a good experimental platform for fieldbus teaching, research, technical training and exchanging ideas, and reference and practice environment for developing industrial fieldbus. So, it has reference significance and application value.
