燃煤热水锅炉DCS系统监控及应用研究

【摘要】 目前我国新建的锅炉系统普遍都采用了DCS控制系统,以前采用常规控制的锅炉系统也基本进行了DCS改造。中国石油大学3*17.5MW锅炉采用浙大中自公司的SunyPCC800小型集散控制系统,取得了很好工程效果。本文介绍了3*17.5MW燃煤锅炉系统的工艺原理、工艺流程。根据系统要求,参考其它系统控制参数,确定了76个控制点,对每一个控制点,都确定了具体的安装位置,仪表规格型号,控制参数量程,以及对应的DCS控制编号。根据燃煤热水锅炉的燃烧特性,采用“炉温寻优”的控制方案,分析了控制方案应满足的条件和控制算法。本文对目前国内外DCS控制系统的发展和应用进行了详细地分析研究;确定DCS应用中的选型原则;石油大学锅炉系统对扩展能力(I/O点数)要求不高,适宜选用小型的DCS控制系统,最终采用了浙大中自有限公司的SunyPCC800 DCS控制系统。对浙大中自有限公司的unyPCC800 DCS控制系统进行了分析研究,进行了硬件选型及设计,进行了软件设计,进行了系统整体技术规格设计。针对锅炉可靠性的要求,对影响DCS系统的安全可靠因素进行了分析设计,分析了系统各种干扰源及抗干扰措施;还对系统各项冗余要求进行了详细分析。应用以上设计的自动控制系统,使锅炉燃烧的控制达到了很好的效果,减轻了劳动人员的劳动强度;提高了锅炉燃烧效率,提高了锅炉运行的安全性。该装置2004年12月顺利运行,目前运行良好,各项指标达到了设计要求。

【Abstract】 At present, new boiler systems in China are generally controlled by distributed control systems, and previous Conventional controlled boiler systems are also transformed with DCS. China University of Petroleum used SunnyPCC800 in a 3*17.5MW boiler. SunnyPCC800 Small Distributed Control System is made by the Supcon Company of ZheJiang University. And Principle and Process of the 3*17.5MW Coal-fired Hot-water Boiler were given in the paper. Refered to requirements of the boiler and parameters of many other control systems, 76 control points were set in this strategy. Each point has specific installation location, instrument standard type, range of control parameters as well as an exclusive DCS number. as the burning characteristic was considered in the dissertation, the temperature based optimization control scheme was adopted , and then the conditions should be met were anylysized as well as the control arithmetic.The paper analysed the development and application of domestic and international DCS control systemsdetaily, and researched in the Principles of DCS selection strategy. Since Super extending ability (about the I/O unit number) is not so needed in the boiler system of UPC, small distributed control system is suitable in this system, and ultimately the SunyPCC800 DCS were selected. Then the system hardware were selected, and the hardware,software and technical specification of the system were designed based on the in-depth investigation of the SunyPCC800 system. The paper also analysed security factors, jams, anti-jamming measures and redundancy (of many aspects) of the system in detail to meet the reliability demand of the boiler. The control scheme proposed in the paper can optimize the coal combustion control, reduce the work intensity, improve the combustion efficiency and enhance the operation security of boiler system. And the device operations well from December 2004 until now. The international advanced automatization technology were used in this system, hence the index of operation can meet the design commands.
