突出煤表观密度测定技术研究

【摘要】 石门揭煤最容易导致突出,突出危险性最大。应用初始释放瓦斯膨胀能指标进行石门揭煤突出危险性分析,必须首先保证煤样表观密度的准确测定。为此,本文通过对表观密度测定试验的理论分析、现行方法研究以及新方法探求,对突出煤表观密度测定试验进行了深入的研究。本文通过对突出煤样形成与结构特征的分析研究,对煤样进行了一定的简化和假设,进行理论推导分析。分析表明,突出煤的表观密度理论测定结果随试验选取粒径的增大而减小的。阐述了现行方法的存在的测定表观密度相关方法,如石子测定表观密度试验方法和煤视相对密度测定方法(GB/T6949-1998)。运用提出的试验测定标准它们进行分析,找出测定突出煤表观密度时的优缺点。本文设计了模拟煤层法试验方案和测定步骤。自行设计、加工了模拟煤层测定装置。采用突出煤样进行试验,并对试验结果进行分析。虽然试验结果并不理想,但该方法开阔了我们的思路,对试验研究有一定意义。本文以理想气体状态方程为理论基础,结合突出煤的基本性质,建立了理想气体状态方程法测定突出煤表观密度试验方案,规范了封裹材料的选取、测定仪器选择、试验载气的选用等。设计编写了利用理想气体状态方程法测定突出煤表观密度试验步骤。利用钢球密度测定来检验仪器的准确度等工作。最后对五个突出或怀疑有突出危险的煤样表观密度进行测定,通过理论合理性、试验方案实用性、试验结果的稳定性与重复性等评价标准进行试验方案分析,得出该方案为实用性与准确性都非常高的突出煤表观密度测定试验方案。通过数学软件Maple10.0对实验结果进行拟合,得到了突出煤的表观密度测定结果是随试验选取粒径变化的函数关系式。与我们的理论推导相符。同时反观模拟煤层试验结果,得出该方法可以运用于大片煤层表观密度测定上,而在初始释放瓦斯膨胀能实验中并不适用。

【Abstract】 Cross-cut coal uncovering most likely to lead to outburst, and it’s the most prominent risk in outburst. When we want to analyse the outburst risk with the application of the methods of the energy the initial releasing gas, we must guarantee the accurate determination of apparent density. Therefore, this paper does extensive experiments on outburst coal’s apparent density. We use some method. Such as theoretical analysis on apparent density test, study on current determination of apparent density, and we seek to increase our research on some new methods in order to test apparent density.This paper puts forward certain simplifications and hypothesis based on analysis research of outburst coal’s formation and structural characteristics, and we presented theoretical derivation and analysis. Analysis indicates that the outburst coal’s apparent density decreases continuously with selecting grain size of experiments increasing.There are two current methods of apparent density. Such as determination method of pebble apparent density and determination method of coal’s apparent density(GB/T6949-1998).We analysis them with proposed standards of determination experiment, and search the advantages and disadvantages of determination.This paper puts forward the experiment scheme of coal seam method and mensuration process. We design and produce coal seam simulator. We conduct the experiment of outburst coal, and analysis on results. Experiment results are not satisfactory, but this method opens a line of our thought. There is a certain sense to experimental study.With the fundamental nature of outburst coal, this paper uses ideal gas equation of state for the theoretical foundation, establishing the law of ideal gas equation of state for the experiment plan of prominent coal’s apparent density determination, which standardize the selection of sealing material, the choice of determination instrument, the selection of carrier gas for experimental and so on. First, the experimental steps have been designed with the actual situation of the law of ideal gas equation of state. Second, we select the sealing material, and examination the accuracy of instrument with density determination of the steel ball, etc. Finally the apparent density of five coal samples that is outburst or suspicion was measured, then by carrying evaluation criteria, such as theory rationality, experimental plan utility, test results’stability and duplication, on the experimental plan analysis. It comes to the conclusion that the law of ideal gas equation of state for the experiment plan is extremely high in the usability and the accuracy.We obtained conclusion that the apparent density determination result of outburst coal is a function equation that along with particle size used in the experimental by fitting the test result by using the mathematical software Maple10.0. It accords with ours theory derivative. Simultaneously counter-view the test result of coal seam method, which cause that this method may utilize in the apparent density determination of big piece coal seam, not suitable in the experiment of the initial expansion energy release of gas.
