【摘要】 知识型服务贸易是在知识经济来临之际,随之而产生发展起来的一种贸易类型。贸易对每个国家来说都是很重要的经济增长因素,而在知识经济时代,服务贸易则突显出更大的经济增长空间。作为服务贸易的核心的知识型服务贸易,其如何能够良好快速地发展并带来巨大的经济效益是每个国家都十分关注的问题。我国同样也认识到知识型服务贸易在缓解就业压力、增强竞争力、提高经济收入等很多方面都具有重要的作用。但是我国目前的知识型服务贸易发展的并不顺利,无论是在外部环境还是在内部自身方面都存在着很严重的问题和缺陷。从远期来看,长期抑制知识型服务贸易的发展势必会使我国在知识经济时代逐渐失去竞争能力。因此,站在一个前瞻性的角度认识到发展知识型服务贸易对于提高我国的经济实力乃至综合竞争力起着至关重要的作用十分必要。在充分研究国内外研究文献后,对知识型服务贸易形成了独到的认识和看法,界定了知识型服务贸易的概念,并在此概念范围内对知识型服务贸易的特性,以及对一国一般意义上的重要作用,和对我国的独特的重要性进行分析。对比国外发达国家知识型服务贸易的发展,详细全面地分析制约我国目前知识型服务贸易发展的因素,主要从外部环境和内部自身两大方面分析。最后,针对所提出的问题和缺陷有针对性地进行策略分析,从而保证能够得到较为可行的策略和建议,为我国知识型服务贸易的发展提供有效的策略分析和建议,从而改善我国目前知识型服务贸易发展不利的现状并为未来的发展奠定一个良好的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The trade in knowledge-based services is a type of trade, which is following the time when the knowledge economy came and developing very fast. Trade is very important as an economic increasing factor to every country. And in the knowledge economy age, trade in services is appearing much larger economic increasing space. As the core of trade in services, how can the trade in knowledge-based services develop fast and well and bring large economic benefit becomes a very conspicuous problem to every country. Our country also realizes that the trade in knowledge-based services is playing a more and more important role in decreasing employment pressure, strengthening international competitive capacity, increasing economic income and many other aspects. But the trade in knowledge-based services of our country is not going well at present. Not only the external environment but also the internal aspects itself exists very serious problems and defects. In the long run, restraining the development of the trade in knowledge-based services for a long time certainly will lead the result of our country losing competitive ability gradually in the knowledge economy age. So it is very necessary in a prospective angle to realize the important role, which the trade in knowledge-based services is playing in increasing our country’s economic strength and comprehensive international competitive capacity. After studying the literature of our country and foreign countries adequately, this article gives some original cognition and some opinion, prescribes the concept of the trade in knowledge-based services, and analyzes the speciality of the trade in knowledge-based services, as well as its common important function to a country and particular function to our country in the range of the concept. This article compares with the developing condition of the trade in knowledge-based services of some foreign developed countries, analyzes the factors, which are restricting the present development of our country’s trade in knowledge-based services in detail and in the round. And this article mainly analyzes from the two aspects of external environment and internal environment. At last, this article gives tactic analysis aiming at the problems and defects of our country’s trade in knowledge- based services, so our country can have some more better feasible tactics and suggestions to protect the trade in knowledge-based services develop better than before.
