【摘要】 成功的企业总是与成功的企业文化紧密地联系在一起。全球经济一体化的趋势,对中国的企业将会带来巨大的冲击。中国的企业能否在机遇和挑战面前迅速转变观念和机制,保持和提升自身的竞争优势,在世界大市场中占有一席之地,关键取决于企业文化建设。大庆油田是成立于计划经济时代的国家特大型企业,在几十年艰苦创业过程中,形成了具有强烈时代背景的优秀文化。但在市场经济面前,这种文化也体现出其不适应的一面。井下作业分公司是大庆油田改制时成立的大庆油田公司下属子公司,完全继承了大庆油田的文化特点,因而也面临着在市场经济中的文化改造问题。本文主要是对企业文化的应用研究,通过认识、认知企业文化的研究现状、演变规律,剖析大庆油田企业文化的发展历史、特点作用和存在的问题,采取比较和借鉴的方法,以大庆油田有限责任公司井下作业分公司为例,构建符合社会发展阶段的、结合国有企业发展实际的、针对石油企业发展形势的企业文化,以此来探索国有企业文化建设的内在逻辑、企业文化的定位、企业文化的创新等问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Successful Corporation always close contacting with successful corporation culture. The trend of global economy integrative will bring great impact on National Corporation. National Corporation whether quickly change mechanism and viewpoint or not, maintain and upgrade the competitive advantage of itself, in the highest flight on international market. All above factors based on the construction of corporation culture. Daqing oilfield is an extra large enterprise which founded in the planned economy times. During the several ten years of starting a hard undertaking, an excellent culture with a strong time background comes into being. But in the face of market-oriented economy, the culture of this kind also shows its inadaptability. The Downhole Service Sub-Company has come into existence as the following company of Daqing petroleum administration since enterprise reform was carried out in Daqing oilfield. It inherits the culture characters of Daqing oilfield completely. As a result, it also faces the culture reform problems in the market-oriented economy.The whole article researches on the application of corporation culture. By cognizing investigation actuality and evolvement regulation of corporation culture, analyzing the history of development, characteristic, function and problem of Daqing Oilfield corporation culture. This article adopts the method of comparison and use for reference. Take Downhole Service Sub-Company of Daqing Oilfield Company Limited for example, set up the corporation culture, which accord with society development phase, based on the condition of state Corporation development, aimed at the position of Oil Corporation.
