油气管道腐蚀与防护新技术研究

【摘要】 目前石油天然气的输送主要依靠长距离埋地管道来实现,一般为钢制管道。由于长输管道均采用埋地方式铺设,穿越地段地形复杂,土壤对管道有着不同称度的腐蚀性,漏损处也不易及时发现,且地下管道的维修要进行大量的土方工程,比新建管线还要费工费时。因此,如何防止埋地管道的腐蚀破坏,长期以来一直是管道工程中的一个重要环节。油气管道腐蚀与防护新技术研究课题针对埋地钢质管道腐蚀控制中需要解决的三个问题进行了深入研究:埋地管道外防腐层检测评价与判废技术、干旱地区阴极保护用参比电极的研制和并行管线腐蚀防护系统的整改研究。通过大量资料调研、现场评估、试验测试和理论印证等,针对目前管道用防腐层种类增多,检测评价技术不断涌现的现状,提出了埋地钢质管道防腐层评定与判废方法,为制定管道修复计划提供重要依据;设计与制作了适用于干旱地区的长效参比电极,实验室性能测试及现场安装测试表明该电极能在干旱地区长期使用;明确了惠宁/鸣红两条并行管道的均压线只起电流导通作用,不能真正平衡两者之间极化电位偏差。据此实施了均压线拆除、防腐层重涂、阴极保护系统整改等措施,使两线腐蚀防护系统运行状况得到彻底改观,全线100%得到保护。

【Abstract】 Now,the transportation of oil&gas mainly depends on long distance buried pipelines which are made of iron steel in general. The cross-over sections of the long distance buried pipelines have very complicated terrain condition.The corrosive action of soil will lead to pipeline’s damage in varying degrees,and the damage point cann’t been detected easily and quickly.Otherwise,the repair of buried pipelines will spend much more time and money than build a new pipeline. So , how to prevent the buried pipeline from corrosion is a vital project for a long-time.Point to three main proplems of buried steel pipeline’s anti-crrosive, we made a study of the project which is named anti-crrosive technologies of oil&gas pipelines.The three proplem include that:the technique of coating evalution and judgeing useless;the development of reference electrode used in cathodic protection system of dry areas; the modification of parallel pipeline’s anti-corrosive system.By studying literature ,evaluating on-site,detecting and theory certificating,we developed the method of coating evaluation and judgeing useless which can been used to all kinds of coatings.The method provided important reference for developing the plan of pipeline repair.Meanwhile,we designed and made reference electrode used in dry areas whose long-time validity had been confirmed by lab and on-site testing.Our study indicated that the voltage-sharing wire between the Huining and the Minghong pipeline is only a current flow circuit than balancing voltage.By removing voltage-sharing wire,recoating and modificating cathodic protection system,the situation of the Huining/Minghong pileline is changed thoroughly,and the cathodic protection percentage of the two pipelines come up to 100%.
