碱渣路基处理研究

【摘要】 碱渣是碱厂利用氨碱法生产纯碱过程中产生的白色固体废料,是工业废渣之一。目前,我国生产纯碱多采用氨碱法,其产量占纯碱总产量的60%以上,所排放的碱渣往往堆积成山,大片碱渣山的存在使场地周围的土质受到盐渍化的侵蚀,同时碱渣粉尘向四周扩散,对城市环境影响极大,并且碱渣占用大量的土地,不仅影响该地区生态景观,而且影响和阻碍该地区的开发、建设和经济发展。针对这种情况,国内外已经做了大量的研究,从欧美国家的碱渣混凝土到国内的碱渣填垫掩埋和填海造地等等;可以说,人们对碱渣的研究利用已经取得了相当大的成果。然而,目前还没有将碱渣作为道路地基和路基填料进行具体的试验研究,可以说对该方面的研究仍停留在空白阶段。由于原状碱渣含水量高、承载力低、腐蚀性强,特别是对振动荷载敏感度高,经扰动后其各项工程性能指标急剧下降;因此碱渣路基处理比一般软基更加难以处理。目前,天津滨海新区中央大道的K1+304~K1+585碱渣路段正面临着这样的难题,本课题依托中央大道项目率先对碱渣路基处理进行深入研究,结合室内外试验总结出合适的处理方案,为碱渣在道路地基处理方面提供技术支持。

【Abstract】 The soda residue is the output white solid waste in the pure soda process which was produced by a soda factory that using the ammonia-soda method, is one of the industrial waste.At the present time , our country produces pure soda to adopt ammonia-soda method more currently, its yield takes up above 60% of pure soda total yield, the soda residue exhaust usually piles up mountain, a great deal of mountains filled with soda residue make the soil quality of surroundings be turn by salt of erosion, in the meantime,the soda residue dust proliferates to all round,so the city environment was destroyed terribly.also,the soda residue take up a great deal of land, not only destroy the ecosystem and the sight in the region.the development, construction and economy in this region were deeply blocked.Aim at this kind of circumstance, a great deal of research have already done at home and abroad.from the soda residue concrete of western countries to local soda residue using for bury downfold and fill sea to build ground;We can say that people’s studying on how to make use of soda residue has already obtained a very big result.However, we haven’t been research that how to make soda residue be road foundation and roadbed filler so far, so we can say that the research toward this aspect still stays around a blank stage.Because the original soda residue full of a great amount of water, possess of low bearing capacity, be provided with strong erosion. especially,it is sensitive to the libration load,its engineering function will sharply descends after the perturbation;So the disposal of soda residue roadbed is more difficult than the general Soft Subgrade. Currently,the section K1+304~K1+585 of the central highway in bin hai district in tian jin was covered with it,so we have to face it.this topic relies on the central highway project to carry out research on the soda residue deeply for the first time and combine an indoor and outdoor experiment tally up a suitable processing project,to provide some technique supports in the road foundation for the soda residue.
