高速公路填石路基填石料工程特性试验研究

【摘要】 填石路基和土石混合填料路基是我国山区高等级公路修筑主要结构型式。如何消耗同样多的能量,对填石路基的进行有效的压实,在材料选择和颗粒级配以及含水量最优的情况所得到最好的密度和强度;如何考虑各种因素尽可能客观地分析和研究填石料的压实效果,对现行公路填石路基的施工方法和质量控制极为重要。本文以津蓟高速公路为依托,通过现场试验、室内试验和有限元模拟对填石料的工程特性进行了试验研究,具体的研究工作和成果如下:本文对填石料的颗粒结构特性、强度及变形特性的基本理论进行了总结和分析。对填石料受压破碎的尺度效应基本理论进行了总结。通过现场试验测量,对填石料碾压后的颗粒级配、空隙率、路基沉降、以及路基弯沉、回弹模量和CBR试验,对路基压实后的特性进行了测试,分析了路基的压实效果。本文通过室内试验,使用自行设计的填石料大体积压缩仪,对填石料的破碎进行了试验研究,得出了填石料试验应力—应变关系,并对压实后的颗粒级配、不均匀系数、粒径和承载力的关系进行了分析。并同过有限元分析,对填石料的破碎特性进行了模拟,对试验结果进行了验证。总结了粒径和填石料承载力的关系曲线。本文对填石路基在碾压后路基的变形特性,碾压前后的颗粒级配变化,路面沉降进行了试验测试,并通过有限元进行了验证和分析。

【Abstract】 The rockfills and rock-soil mixed highway roadbed are primary structural forms inthe mountainous areas of our country. How to complete the virtual compaction withsame energy to earn the best density and intensity with the optimal grain compositionand liquid water content and how to consider different kinds of factors objectively foranglicizing and researching the compacting effects are of great importance for theconstruction methods and quality control. The paper experimented and researched theengineering properties of rockfills in JinJi highway with the field experiments,in-house experiments and finite element calculation. The research stratagem andconclusions can be summarized as follow:The paper analyzed the elementary theories on grain structure, intensity anddeformation characteristics of rockfills and summarized the scale effect theory onrockfill way of cracking under pressure.The paper tested the properties and analyzed the compacted effect of the pressedroadbed with field experiment, grain composition, void volume, sedimentation,flexure, modulus of resilience, as well as CBR examination and designed a mass bulkcompress meter for in-house experiment to research the cracked properties underpressure and gain the stress-strain relationship of rockfill. After that, analyzed the gaincomposition, nonuniformity coefficient, relationship of the particle size and bearingcapacity and demonstrated with the finite element analysis. In the end, the papersummarized the dependence of particle size and rockfill material bearing capacity.The paper tested the deformation characteristics, grain composition and pavementsedimentation fore-and-aft and then demonstrated with the finite element analysis.
