基于嵌入式系统的图像采集技术研究

【摘要】 将嵌入式系统应用到图像的采集与处理中可将信号处理、人工智能、控制电路和TCP/ IP网络通信协议等集成到前端的CCD图像采集单元中。这样做不仅大大提高了图像采集系统的性能,而且扩展了系统的功能。本文旨在探讨嵌入式系统技术,尤其是最新的SOC技术在图像采集处理中的应用,提出系统解决方案并验证其可行性,使嵌入式系统能够实现传统计算机图像采集处理系统的大部分功能,如图像数据的采集、传输和简单的图像处理,但是体积小、功耗低、成本低、集成度高,更适合大规模的工业应用。本文在提出图像采集单元整体设计方案的基础上对所提出方案进行了软件及硬件的详细设计。在硬件方面,本文设计了TCD1209型线阵CCD的驱动电路及Virtex-II Pro型FPGA嵌入式系统图像采集/处理电路,并设计了专用IP核利用Virtex-II Pro内部的双端口BlockRAM解决了CCD图像数据实时采集和存储的问题。在软件方面,本文为所设计的用户IP核编写了驱动程序并将嵌入式TCP/IP协议栈-uIP移植到系统中实现了图像数据通过以太网的实时传输。在完成软/硬件的设计之后,本文使用所设计的CCD驱动电路及实验室的FPGA实验板对系统的设计原理进行了验证。实验表明,本文所提出的设计方案完全可行,所设计的CCD图像采集单元能够实现对线阵CCD所拍摄图像的实时采集、存储与传输等基本功能。

【Abstract】 We can integrate signal processing, artificial intelligence, TCP/ IP network communication protocol and control circuit into the front-end CCD image acquisition module by applying embedded system to image acquisition and processing. This will not only greatly enhance the image acquisition system’s performance but also expand the functions of the system. This paper places emphasis on discussing the application of embedded system technologies, especially the latest technology– SOC (System on a Chip) in image acquisition and processing aspect. The paper proposes a program of systematic solution and verifies it feasibility. Embedded system-based image acquisition module can achieve most of the traditional functions of the computer image acquisition and processing system, such as image data collection, transmission and simple image processing, and can achieve small size, low power, low cost, high integration, it ’s more suitable for mass industrial applications.After gives a general design of image acquisition module this paper goes into detail of software and hardware design. On the hardware side, this paper describes the design of TCD1209D linear CCD’s drive circuit and Virtex-II Pro FPGA’s embedded system, and designs a custom IP core which solves the real-time data acquisition and storage of the CCD image problem by using Virtex-II Pro’s internal dual-port BlockRAM. On the software side, this paper designs a driver for user IP core, and ports Embedded TCP/IP stack - uIP to embedded system, implements real-time data acquisition and storage of CCD image.When finished hardware/software design, the paper testifies system’s design by using CCD driver circuit and laboratory’s FPGA experiment board. Experiments show that the proposed design is entirely feasible, and the CCD image acquisition module can achieve basic functions such as the real-time acquisition, storage and transmission of CCD image.
