基于PDA的心电远程监护系统研究

【摘要】 据报道,2004年全球因为心血管疾病而死亡的人口总数已经达到1530万,心脏病已成为危害人类健康的主要疾病之一。因此,对心血管疾病的诊断、治疗一直被世界各国的医学界所重视。而及时了解心脏病病人病情状况,对于及时治疗、预防心脏病突发死亡具有十分重要的意义。为了使心脏病患者能够不受时间、地点的限制,随时随地的接受实时远程心电服务,我们提出了一种基于掌上电脑的心电远程监护系统的设计。整个系统由移动心电采集终端和医院监护中心两大部分组成。其中移动心电监护终端由心电采集模块和PDA组成,心电采集模块负责患者心电信号的采集、滤波及A/D变换,PDA负责实时显示患者的心电信号,并将患者的心电信号通过GPRS网络实时的传送到医院监护中心,由医生进行在线诊断,为患者提供实时的医疗服务。移动监护终端和医院监护中心之间采用了客户端/服务器的体系结构,两者之间通过建立在TCP/IP协议基础上的面向连接的套接字通信,保证了心电信号传输的正确性。医院监护中心负责实时显示,并自动保存患者的心电数据,同时医生可以方便的对患者的心电数据进行查询、删除、回放和打印等操作。通过对系统的测试实验表明该系统可以准确、实时的向医院监护中心传送患者的心电信号,并具有有线网络所不具有的灵活性。这套系统便于携带,操作方便,它既可用于远程急救,也可用于家庭远程心电监护,具有重要的社会价值和经济价值。

【Abstract】 It’s reported that there were 15,300,000 people died of cardiopathy on the world in 2004, and the cardiopathy has become the main disease that does harm to the peoples’health. So the doctors in most countries begin to pay more attention to the diagnosis and the treat of the cardiopathy. Under this condition, knowing the state of the patient in time is very important to avoid the sudden death caused by the cardiopathy. In order to provide a telecardiology service to patients in real-time mode,which is not affected by any factors,such as time and place,a design of ECG Tele-monitoring system based on PDA is proposed.The whole system consists of the portable ECG signal collection terminals and a hospital monitoring center. And the ECG signal collection terminal consists of a ECG signal collection module and a PDA, the module has functions such as the collection,filter and A/D transfer of the ECG signals, and the PDA has the functions such as display of ECG date and transfers the ECG data to the hospital monitoring center. In the center, the doctors diagnose the patients’ECG signals in real-time mode, and supply medical service to the patient. In order to guarantee the correction of the ECG signal during the transmission, we use the socket communication based on the TCP protocol. The monitoring center has the function to display and save the ECG signal, the doctor can use it to find, delete, review and print the ECG signal conveniently.According to the test, the system can correctly transfer the patients’ECG signals to the hospital monitoring center in real-time mode. The system is portable and easy to operate, and it can be used both in first aid and in family tele-monitoring. All in all, the system has values both to the society and the economy.
