【摘要】 随着社会经济的高速发展以及房地产业的快速兴起,许多历史城市旧城区兴起了大规模改造的热潮,由于观念的陈旧以及保护措施不到位,其中大量单体建筑史料价值不高的历史性居住建筑面临着被拆除的困境。天津老城厢历史性居住建筑受特殊的城市发展过程及地域文化影响,具有独特的风格魅力以及极高的研究价值。本论文尝试通过对天津老城厢地区历史性居住建筑保护更新策略的研究与实践,探讨在房地产开发大潮冲击下的大中型历史城市旧城区历史性建筑保护并使其在城市更新过程中得以再生的有效途径。首先,对天津老城厢历史性居住建筑建筑风格及特色进行介绍,展示其独特的历史文化价值和艺术价值,同时揭示其保护更新的现实意义。其次,介绍天津老城厢旧城更新过程中对待历史性居住建筑的态度及采取的措施,并结合现状,从多方面分析对其保护更新所面临的困境。再次,依据天津老城厢历史性建筑的现状以及所存在的困难,从更新的意义、原则、方法等方面分析探讨对其保护更新的途径。最后结合笔者亲历的两个改造项目,探讨天津老城厢历史性居住建筑保护更新策略的理论价值和在实践中的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the high speed development of society economy and rapid rise of the real estate market, more and more large-scale redevelopment projects have rushed into the old zone of many historic cities of China where a great lot of single historic resides buildings which are worthless on the architecture are facing the puzzle Dom to be dismantled . Tianjin old city historic resides buildings which were influenced by special development way of the city and zone culture have particular style fascination and great research value. This thesis tries to discuss the protection of historic building in old zone of big or middle historic cities which were impacted by the exploitation tide of real estate and the availability way of the historic building regeneration in the city renovation by studying and practicing in the renovation tactic of Tianjin old city historic resides buildings protection.First of all, this thesis introduces the architecture and characteristic of Tianjin old city historic resides buildings, and its historic culture value and art value to open out the realism meaning of preservation and renovation.Secondly, introduces the attitude and way to historic resides buildings in Tianjin old city renovation, and analyses the puzzle Dom in preservation and renovation from several ways by integrating actuality.Moreover, according to the actuality of Tianjin old city historic building and the difficulty existing now, discusses the way of preservation and renovation by meaning, principia, method of renovation.Finally, integrating two rebuilding projects which I participate in, discusses the theoretic value of the ways of preservation and renovation of Tianjin old city historic resides buildings and the exertion in practice.更多还原
