【摘要】 在当今经济全球化、需求多元化和竞争激烈化的环境下,如何提高企业的市场竞争力和适应市场的应变力,是每个企业必须面对的现实。而推行精益思想体系的企业可以在顾客满意度、品种柔性、生产效率、存货成本降低、生产面积减少、员工士气等方面获得成倍的提高,可资源的投入却相对减少。对于我国目前部分企业的粗放式的管理方式,精益思想非常适合于通过内部挖潜来发展广大的中国传统制造业。本文综合现有的精益理论研究成果,并吸收了当今社会流行的管理思想和方法,尝试性的整合这些管理方式,在应用上提出创新,试图找出能够适合我国现阶段制造企业发展需要的管理方式。论文首先对丰田生产方式,制约理论,企业资源计划这三种当今先进的生产方式进行了简单的介绍。然后对这三者的产生背景、运用准则、及管理手段进行了对比分析,并提出了三者结合使用的必要性。其次,论文通过实例分析的方式,对WGTJ公司的目前生产运营方式和公司的内外部环境进行了深入的分析和研究。在此基础之上,进一步对WGTJ生产流程中的工厂布局、物流、设备工装、作业者与作业方法、零件即材料进行了分析,并诊断出相应的问题点。由此提出了具体的解决措施及方法,并对其改进后的结果进行最终的评估。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the condition of globalization economic, multi-demand and fiercely competitive environment, it is necessary for every company to face the reality of searching a way to improve the competitiveness and adaptation to the changing market. The implementation of lean production system can increase and improve the performance manifold on customer satisfaction, types flexibility, productivity, cost of inventory, size of production floor, morale of the staff, etc, on the contrary the invest of resource reduced relatively. For the present extensive management of some corporation, the lean production system are very suit for the enormous traditional manufactures which want to make progress through full utilization of their existing potential.According to the result of“Lean Theory”and absorbing the advanced management mind and ways in the world, this dissertation tries to integrate those thoughts, makes innovation on application, and makes great effort to find the way that fit for the develop requirement of our manufacturing enterprises.The dissertation first introduces three superior production systems: Toyota Production System, Theory Of Constraint (TOC) and ERP System. Then comparative analyses the background, using guidelines and management tools of those three systems, moreover, put forward the necessary of combining the three points.After that, this dissertation deeply analyses and researches the current operating way, internal and external environment of WGTJ by empirical analysis. Based on it, further analyses the shop layout, logistic, equipment and tooling, operation, parts and material of WGTJ, and diagnoses the problems and root causes. Then give some detail solutions and methods by the findings and finally evaluate the results of entire improvement.更多还原
