【摘要】 人们越来越认识到，项目和有效的项目管理必须与公司战略保持一致，而把这二者联系起来的是企业项目管理能力，它能够使我们把单个项目的可交付成果以及所使用的项目管理工具和技术与公司战略目标的实现统一起来。企业项目管理（EPM）作为项目管理与战略管理必然和有机的结合，是项目管理的高级表现形式，是应用项目管理的理念、技术、方法对企业的全局和高层次的管理。但是目前相关的项目管理研究成果主要集中在项目层面，针对企业多项目的战略思考较为缺乏，在企业整体发展战略层面的项目管理模式研究尚属理论空白。本文引入企业竞争论领域中的资源基础论（RBV），将资源基础观RBV与企业项目管理EPM相结合，提出一套基于RBV的企业项目管理模式，做到优势互补，既能够在战略上统揽全局，又能够在运营上切合实践，以指导企业提升项目管理水平、确立巩固竞争优势。本文首先对企业项目管理的产生途径及其内容实质以及MICK-4FI资源运营模式及其机理进行了详细论述，奠定了相关理论基础；而后提出并阐述了基于MICK-4FI的企业项目管理模式，重点讨论了项目组合管理的相关内容，包括其重要作用、主要过程和内容、常用方法工具等方面；最后通过某企业项目管理能力提升咨询项目的案例对该模式的实践执行进行了实证研究，认为该模式比较贴合企业现实需求，有较大的实践应用意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 We had to accept the truth that projects and efficient project management must be in accord with the strategy of company, and the key link between this two sides is the ability of enterprise project management which is able to accord the realization of company’s strategic objectives with the deliverables of single project and the project management tools and technologies. As the inevitable and organic combination of project management and strategy management, Enterprise Project Management (EPM) is the advanced form of project management. It is a kind of systemic and high-level management of enterprise which employs the principles, technologies and methods of project management. However, the current research of project management was mainly focused on the single project. There is a lack of the strategic consideration of company’s multi-projects management and the studies of project management model based on enterprise strategy management are very limited.This thesis introduces the Resource-Base View (RBV) into this area and combines RBV with EPM. An enterprise project management model based-on RBV which adopts both advantages is proposed for the improving of enterprise project management and establishing and consolidating of competitive advantage.Firstly the origin and contents of EPM and the MICK-4FI resource operation model as well as its mechanism is detailedly discussed for the establishing of theoretical foundation. And then the EPM model based-on MICK-4FI resource operation model is proposed and explained. We particularly discuss the portfolio management including its function, main process and methods used frequently. Finally the application of this model is demonstrated by a case, which is a consultation about the improvement of EPM ability of the client enterprise, with the result that this model basically meets the practical requirement of enterprises and has the certain value of practical application.更多还原
