醇烯法合成异丙醚反应工艺研究

【摘要】 异丙醚(IPE)是一种重要的工业溶剂和有机原料,它主要应用于医药、烟草、环保和化工等行业。结合锦州石化分公司具有异丙醇装置的优势,以工业异丙醇(纯度≥99%wt)和丙烯(纯度≥99%wt)为原料,采用强酸型阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,进行了合成异丙醚的研究工作,通过大量的实验得出了较佳的反应工艺条件,在此基础上对催化剂的稳定性进行了2000小时的寿命考察,完成了精制工艺的蒸馏、水洗、干燥等实验工作。结果表明,该催化剂具有良好的稳定性和催化活性,异丙醇单程转化率为35%,丙烯单程转化率为9%,异丙醚产率为40%,达到了国外文献报道水平;之后,我们又对反应所得的粗醚产品进行了分离精制研究,确定了一套较佳的分离精制工艺路线。通过微反实验,准确分析了产品的组成。在小试实验得出的较佳条件下进行了中试绝热实验,在中试实验中重点测试了反应器的绝热温升,同时我们也考察了催化剂的脱酸情况、反应产物中的叠合油含量及Cl-1和Br-1的含量。通过模拟计算,为大型生产提供工艺条件、修正工艺参数。

【Abstract】 Isopropyl ether is an important industrial solvent and organic feedstock. It is mainly used in medicine industry, tobacco industry, environment protection, chemical industry and so on..Taking the advantage of feedstock from isopropyl alcohol plant of Jinzhou Petrochemical Company, using industrial isopropyl alcohol and propylene as feedstocks and strong acid cation exchanger resin as catalyst, IPE synthesis was investigated. Through numerous tests, better reaction conditions were gained. On the basis of these conditions, the catalyst stability had been examined for 2000 hours. Meanwhile the distillation, water wash and evaporation of rectification was completed. The results indicated that the catalyst had good at stability and good catalytic activity. One-way conversion of isopropyl alcohol and propylene is 35% and 9%, respectively. The yield of isopropyl ether is 40%. The crude ether in the resultant was also seperated and refined. Through microreactor test, the product components were correctly analyzed. On the basis of small scale test results, medium scale test was carried out. In the medium scale test, the emphasis was put on testing reactor’s heat insulation. At the same time, the deacidification of catalyst, heat bodied oil content in resultant as well as Cl-1 and Br-1 contents were examined. By the way of analog computation, it would offer theoretic basis for industry scale-up and successfully realize industry scale-up.
