【摘要】 在快速发展的知识经济时代,公司创业作为组织层面的创业行为是实现企业“基业长青”的关键。但现实中,我国公司创业中存在太多“非理性”现象,例如“烧焦”企业资源,陷入“创新陷阱”、“失控性增长”等等,并最终导致公司创业失败。究其原因,一方面是企业的官僚体系以及传统的管理模式阻碍了公司创业的实施,另一方面是创业中特有的“非对称”现象和复杂性管理问题,这些原因直接导致公司创业的“非理性”现象进而导致公司创业成功率偏低。通过分析公司创业的成功案例,从中得到启示:成功的公司创业需战略规划思想的系统指导。因此,本文在总结理论研究的成果和管理实践的基础上,探索出了公司创业战略规划的“三角理论模型”。该模型由公司创业的三大核心要素:公司创业商机、公司创业资源、公司创业团队构成了三角形的三个支撑点,共同托起了战略规划平台;在面对激烈竞争和动态变化的环境下,该平台还依赖创业商机识别力、创业资源整合力、创业团队集聚力以保持三个支撑点的适合度和平衡度,从而保证了战略规划平台始终处于动态平衡状态,为公司创业的持续发展提供了动态保证。论文将战略规划的三角理论模型应用到A公司的战略规划制定与实施中,得到了A公司的好评,说明该理论模型在现实中是受欢迎的,对我国公司创业管理具有重要的学术价值和现实指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Corporate entrepreneurship (CE) is an entrepreneurial behavior on organization level and CE is also the key to become "Everlasting" enterprise in the knowledge-based economy era. But in reality, there are so many "irrational" phenomenon which lead our country’s enterprise to failure. For example, enterprise resource are charred, trapping in an "Innovation trap", the enterprise growth is out of control and so on. Why? One reason is the bureaucratic system and traditional management models which hinder the implementation of CE; the other is dissymmetric phenomena and the complexity of management issues. All of those reasons are directly lead the "irrational" phenomenon and the totally failure of CE.When we shed light on the enterprise which successfully implements CE, We may gain a essential enlightenment that corporate entrepreneurship must need the guidance of strategic planning system. Therefore, we construct a triangle theoretical model which can be used to guide CE.The model composed of three core elements in CE: CE’s opportunities, CE’s resources and CE’s team. All of them serve as three brace which hold up a strategic planning platform, besides, in the face of severe competition and dynamic changes in the environment, the Platform also rely on three strength: the discriminating strength of CE’s opportunities, integration strength of CE’s resources and gather strength of CE’s team. The main purpose of those strengths is to maintain the three brace fit and balance, thereby ensuring the platform in dynamic equilibrium state.At the same time, I applied this model to the development of A company’CE which illustrate the model can be used in reality, All in all, this model have great realistic significance.更多还原
