大跨径斜拉桥主梁施工监控测量内容与方法研究

【摘要】 大跨径斜拉桥属于高次超静定结构,是由塔、梁、索三者共同组成的一个平衡体系,任何一方面状态的改变都会影响结构内力分配和主梁线形的变化。为确保主梁施工安全,使合拢线形尽可能地接近设计线形,施工中对主梁安装线形、测量手段、测量精度以及测量数据处理方法等提出了更高的要求。本文从跨径桥梁主梁施工阶段引起主梁线形变化的主要因素和变形产生的原因入手,研究大跨径桥梁主梁施工阶段主要监控测量内容,其中包括主梁竖向挠度监控测量、主梁中心线水平偏位测量、索塔塔顶的摆动/扭转变形测量、索塔基础沉降变形监测及合拢口合拢前连续变形监控测量;在选择适合于主梁施工监控测量的方法中,本文根据不同监控测量内容的特点,全方位的对各种监控测量方法进行对比分析;根据主梁施工各项指标的精度要求,论文从平面、高程和空间三维定位方面对预先所选用的方法进行精度估算公式的推证,以期为所选用方法能保证主梁施工监控测量精度,满足施工监控要求提供依据。本文对安庆长江大桥钢箱梁吊装施工监控进行了实例分析;分析的内容包括精密水准测量方法测量悬臂端主梁高程、极坐标法测索塔塔顶的偏移和扭转变形、跨河水准测量测联测两索塔内水准基点等监控测量。实例分析验证了本文所确定的监控测量内容与方法的可行性。

【Abstract】 Large-span cable-stayed bridge, as a kind of high-order indeterminate structure, which is a balance system composed by tower, girder and cable compose. If the balance changes, then, the structural internal force and linear shape of the main girder would be affected. Therefore, the linear shape of the girder, survey measures, precision of survey and method of processing data, must be more serious to insure the accuracy of the linear shape and secure the construction working.Above all, the thesis illuminates the primary factors and the causes of the linear shape transformation in the period of the main girder construction. Then, the paper studies the primary monitoring and measuring measures, including the vertical deflection deformation monitoring, centerline excursion monitoring of the girder, the waver of cable-tower, torsion deformation monitoring, settlement deformation monitoring of cable-tower and continuously deformation monitoring of the closure gap before folded. The thesis analyses series of monitoring and measuring methods, based on different characters. The paper demonstrates the precision from three-dimensional orientation by formula deduction. And the aim is providing enough survey accuracy to insure high quality of construction finally.In the end, the thesis illuminates survey and monitoring datum of the hoist and installation of steel-box girder of An Qing Yangtze River. The supervision survey measures in this project include precise leveling for altitude of the main girder in cantilever, polar coordinate measuring method for the waver of cable-tower and torsion deformation monitoring, river-crossing leveling for benchmarking points in two cable-towers. The supervision survey measures, which have been put forward by the article, have been tested and proved in practice.
