基于IEC 61850的电能质量监测IED研究

【摘要】 随着发、供、用电三方对电能质量关注程度的提高以及电能按质论价的实施,建立覆盖整个电网的电能质量动态监测与管理系统迫在眉睫。这也对各个厂商的电能质量监测设备的互操作性提出了更高的要求。IEC 61850作为基于通用网络平台的变电站自动化系统的唯一国际标准,正逐步涵盖电能质量监测的所有功能。因此,采用IEC 61850作为电能质量监测设备的通信规约,将会成为解决互操作问题的首选方案。本文在深入研究IEC 61850标准内涵的基础上,首先分析现有电能质量监测IED存在的问题,分析在实践电能质量监测IED中需要解决的关键问题;然后基于IEC 61850标准,从信息建模和通信服务建模两方面建立较为完整的电能质量监测IED的信息模型,基于C++语言,采用改进的综合数据结构,构建电能质量监测IED信息模型实体;接着本文分析电能质量监测IED的站总线核心服务到MMS服务的映射关系,给出了服务映射时服务参数的确定方法;采用分层实现各协议层编解码库的方法来实现映射后的MMS服务;给出电能质量监测IED软件的总体设计方案,阐明了通信软件设计在IED软件设计中的地位;通过分析MMS通信原理以及电能质量监测IED通信流程,最后在Windows平台上,完成其通信模块的软件设计,利用不同公司的客户机验证本设计的互操作性。本文在电能质量监测IED的建模、工作机理分析进行了深入研究,对基于IEC 61850的电能质量监测设备的建模,有较大的实践及理论意义;本文设计实现的各协议层编解码库,实现了MMS核心协议栈功能,具有很好的实用价值。
【Abstract】 Along with raising concern of the power quality during power plants, power supply bureau and consumers of electricity, and the implementation of setting prices according to the quality, it is imminent to establish power quality dynamic monitor and management system, which covers the entire power grid. It also put forward higher requirements for the interoperability among power quality monitoring devices from various manufacturers. IEC 61850 is the only international standard of substation automation system based on the Common network platform, and it is gradually covering all the features of power quality monitoring. Thus, the application of IEC 61850 as communication protocol of power quality monitoring devices will be the preferred option for solving interoperability problem.Based on deep research of IEC 61850 standard connotations, this paper firstly analyzes existing problems of the existing power quality monitoring IED and key issues in the practice of power quality monitoring IED.Then a more comprehensive information model is established from information modeling and communications services modeling. Based on the C + + language, it adopts improved integrated data structure to construct information model entities. Then it analyzes the mapping relationship between core services of station bus and MMS services, the methods of giving services parameter is proposed. It uses stratified encoder/decoder library to achieve the MMS services. Finally the overall programme of software design is put forward. By analyzing the MMS communication principle and power quality monitoring IED communication processes, it completes communication module design on windows platform and uses a standard client-IED Scout to verify the interoperability of this design.In this paper, the modeling and working principle of power quality monitoring IED is carried out in-depth research. It has practical and theoretical significance for IEC 61850-based power quality monitoring device modeling. The design and implementation of the protocol layer encoder/decoder library, realizing the MMS protocol stack core functions, has great practical value.
