【摘要】 魏书生是我国当代著名的教育改革家,他自教书伊始,便开始进行教学改革,在语文教学、班级管理、教书育人等方面,都大胆进行了改革,摸索出了一系列不同于常规、但又非常有实效的做法。其中的很多做法,若从新课改的课程资源理念来看,都是对课程资源的积极开发。而目前对魏书生在课程资源开发方面所做出的探索关注得极少,且已有的关于课程资源的研究缺乏对实践的具体指导作用。正是基于此,本文尝试在文献研究的基础上,对魏书生课程资源开发的背景、原则、开发的内容和方法及其对中小学教师的启示进行初步系统的总结、分析与研究。这将不仅具有一定的理论意义也有一定的实践价值,一方面可丰富对课程资源和对魏书生教学改革思想与实践的研究,另一方面也可为广大中小学教师提供教学借鉴,提供一个开发课程资源的范例。魏书生课程资源开发的背景主要有三方面:1、时代背景;2、知识背景;3、教育教学改革实践。魏书生课程资源开发遵循的原则主要有6个:1、教育性原则;2、开放性原则;3、差异性原则;4、兴趣性原则;5、地域性原则;6、创造性原则。魏书生课程资源开发的内容和方法主要体现在两大方面:1、对校内课程资源的开发,具体包括:(1)再度开发教材资源;(2)充分发挥学生资源的优势;(3)努力挖掘教师自身的资源;(4)积极开发校内其它课程资源。2、对校外课程资源的开发,具体包括:(1)因地制宜,开发自然课程资源;(2)利用亲情,开发家庭课程资源;(3)深入社会,开发社会课程资源。魏书生课程资源开发对中小学教师的启示主要有三方面:1、丰富的知识储备—课程资源开发的基础;2、教师角色的转变—课程资源开发的关键;3、良好的人格素养—课程资源开发的动力更多还原

【Abstract】 Wei Shusheng is a famous educational reformer in our contemporary China, he has begun carrying on the educational reform since he started teaching. In the aspects of the Chinese teaching、class management、teaching and educating the students, he has all bravely reformed and groped for a series of very effective means, which are different from the regular ones. Many of these means, if seeing from the ideas of the new curriculum reform, are all on the exploration to the curriculum resources. While until now, we have paid too little attention to the curriculum resources’ exploration that Wei Shusheng have made. Be exactly according to this, this dissertation, on the base of the literature research, initially tries to systematically summarize、analyze and study Wei Shusheng’s exploring backgrounds、principles、contents and means, also together with the inspirations. It will not only have a certain of theoretical significance but also have a certain of practical values. On the one hand, it may enrich the study about the curriculum resources and the Wei Shusheng’s reforming educational thoughts and practices, on the other hand, it can present an example on how to explore the curriculum resources for larges of the primary and the junior high school teachers.Wei Shusheng’s exploring backgrounds to the curriculum resources mainly have three aspects, which are times backgrounds, knowledge backgrounds and his reforming practices on the education and teaching.Six principles about exploring the curriculum resources which are followed by Wei Shusheng are principles of the education、the opening、the difference、the interest、the regionality and the creativity.Wei Shusheng’s exploring contents and means of the curriculum resources mainly embody on two parts, that is, the exploration to the intramural resources and to the extramural resources. His exploration to the intramural curriculum resources are mainly as follows: re-explore the textbooks, giving full play to the advantages of the students’ resources, making efforts to explore the resources of the teacher himself, and developing the other curriculum resources inside the school actively. The exploration to the extramural curriculum resources are mainly including: exploring the natural resources according to the local conditions, developing the family’s resources by using the consanguinity, taping the social resources through going deep into the society. The inspiration of Wei Shusheng’s exploring the curriculum resources to the primary and the junior high school teachers are as bellows: Rich knowledge repertory—the base of the exploration to the curriculum resources; The conversion of the teacher’s role—the key of the exploration to the curriculum resources; Well personal quality—the power of the exploration to the curriculum resources.更多还原
