【摘要】 20世纪80年代以来中国的羊绒业发展迅猛,无论是原绒生产还是成品加工,在世界上都占有举足轻重的地位,特别是80年代羊绒经营放开以后中国的羊绒制品风靡全球。作为世界山羊绒主产国的中国从此开始对纺织原料中的“软黄金”加倍重视,在全国范围内兴起发展绒用山羊的热潮。学者们对羊绒的研究真正开始也是在上世纪90年代中期以后。本文作者选择当今世界最大的羊绒产地和羊绒制品基地作为调研和研究基地,采用理论与实际和实证分析与规范分析相结合以及案例分析的方法进行研究,力图通过分析鄂尔多斯市羊绒产业发展的基本情况,并对其发展所面临的国际国内发展环境以及在发展中存在的问题进行深入的分析,最后为羊绒产业可持续发展提出对策及措施,拟解决如何理顺农牧民、企业和政府三者之间的关系,解决草原生态环境和农牧民增收之间的协调发展问题,从而使羊绒产业更好地为提高农牧民生活水平和农村牧区经济发展服务。对于内蒙古自治区羊绒产业可持续发展不仅具有特别重要的现实意义,也具有重要的理论意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 1980s ,China’s cashmere industry is developing rapidly. It occupies a decisive position all over the world both in the original production and products processing, particularlly in the 1980s ,after China’s opening up,the cashmere products is popular in the global world. As the main cashmere producing countries of the world,China redouble their attention on textile raw materials which is called "soft gold".There is a rise development of cashmere goats in the nationwide .The time which the scholars of the cashmere really start to study it is after the mid-1990s. The author choose the world’s largest cashmere products origin as a research base .In use of theory and practice and empirical analysis and combination method , in the first place,auther analyze the basic situation of industrial development.In the second place, auther analyze the domestic and international environment and its existing problems .and then auther give out the development strategy and measures to resolve it.The way is" how to straighten out relationship among the farmers ,companies and the government,"how to solve coordination among development issues between the grassland ecological environment and the farmers income increase", so that the cashmere industry can improve the famer’s living standards and economic development.It is important for The Inner Mongolia not in practical significance ,but also in theoretical significance.更多还原
