带钢精轧机组热轧过程仿真研究

【摘要】 随着现代化工业技术和生产工序自动化的迅速发展,对带钢的品种规格、尺寸精度及性能都提出了更高的要求。精轧机是成品轧机,是热轧带钢生产的核心部分,轧制产品的质量水平主要取决于精轧机组的技术装备水平和控制水平。因此,对带钢热轧机精轧机组热轧过程进行研究具有十分重要理论研究意义和实际工程应用价值。本文针对中国第一重型机械集团公司新型1780mm带钢热连轧精轧机组控制过程,为了提高热轧带钢产品的质量,主要从提高精轧机组轧制参数的预设定精度着手,通过对精轧机组工作原理、控制方法、系统常用建模方法等各方面的深入了解,建立了精轧机组的数学模型;合理简化了精轧机组数学模型,综合考虑了非线性因素、实际工况对精轧机组热轧过程的影响,使得所建模型更加适用于工程实际;在模型的实现方面,本文充分利用了现代仿真技术和计算软件,利用软件Matlab中的Simulink动态结构图实现了系统仿真;在考虑影响轧机的各种因素的基础上,使用机械动力学仿真软件Adams建立了轧机垂直振动模型,为研究动态特性对带钢厚度及板形变化的影响提供了一种很好的分析方法。本文通过将实测值与仿真结果比较,证明了所建模型能够很好的反映实际工况,通过改变预设定参数值,得到参数对工作过程的影响规律,加入一些调节方式,提高了热轧过程中重要参数的精度及其动态特性,本文的研究结论在生产现场得到了验证,提高了热轧机生产产品的质量。
【Abstract】 As the rapid development of modern industrial technology and production working procedure automation, it makes higher demands on the quality specification, dimensional precision and performance. The production level of steel and its proportion in rolled metal is one of the chief signs to development of the rolling steel. The finishing mill is finished rolling mill, and it is the core part of the hot strip steel production. The quality of rolling product mainly depends on the technical equipment and the control level of the finishing mill. Therefore, the study on the accuracy of hot rolling mill has quite important meaning to improve the quality of rolling product.In order to improve the quality of 1 780mm hot rolling product, the thesis mainly research on the pre-setting accuracy of the rolling parameter, which is a basic technical measure. In this thesis, it has comprehensively been analyzing the working theory, control method, modeling methodologies to establish the mathematics model of the finishing mill and has made some improvements to the modeling and the model realization method of string roller organization control system. Through simplifying system’s model reasonably, model suitable for mathematics model of practical engineering was given. This model not only accurately embodied dynamic characteristics of this system, but also advantaged gaining accurate parameter of the system and all kinds of components. Meanwhile the model included non-linear elements that were simplified frequently, effects of disturbances and changes of control system adjustment ways. In aspect of model realization, modern simulation technique and software of calculation are applied adequately and system simulation has been realized through using dynamic structures of Simulink of Matlab software. Based on kinds of effect factors, it established vertical vibration model by Admas software, which provides an advantages analysis method to study the technology of the hot rolling mill.The thesis contrasts the test result with simulation result and proved that the model can reflect real conditions. Trough changing the parameter, it gets the influence law to work process. Then it improved the accuracy and dynamic property in the rolling process. The research result in this thesis has been confirmed in the work field and the production is improved.
