【摘要】 女性的休闲质量关系到社会的和谐发展、人类整体素质的提高和人类的全面进步。在过去几十年中,女性的休闲模式发生了诸多深刻的变化,但性别仍然影响着女性的休闲机会、选择与参与水平。研究女性休闲,就是要最大限度地促进女性参与休闲,增加女性休闲时间,提高女性休闲质量,让女性在身心和谐中提高生活舒适度和满意度。本次调查对杭州市女性休闲研究具有较大的现实意义。本文共分五章。第一章是导言,介绍选题背景与研究意义、研究的基本思路与分析框架、研究方法与创新之处;第二章是国内外休闲研究综述,介绍国内外女性休闲研究、消费者行为及休闲行为研究进展。第三章基于以往学者的模型,构建了一个女性休闲行为模型,以期对女性休闲的全过程进行解释,并对女性休闲的动机和障碍进行了详细分析。第四章从个人影响因素、心理特征、反应因素、休闲满意度四个方面对杭州女性休闲行为进行实证分析。通过对杭州女性休闲行为的调查,并运用SPSS进行分析,主要得出以下结论:时间障碍和收入障碍是阻碍杭州女性参与休闲活动的主要因素,高学历女性对发展类动机的选择比例较高。杭州女性休闲时间因年龄、职业、收入不同存在显著性差异;杭州女性休闲花费因年龄、职业、学历、收入不同存在显著性差异。高学历女性享有较多的休闲时间,高收入女性能够支付较高水平的休闲花费。杭州女性休闲总体上呈现出外向性、差异性、物质性三大基本特征。第五章提出了以下对策建议:休闲企业应针对不同年龄、收入、职业的女性,从产品、价格、渠道、促销各个方面进行努力,力图满足不同女性的休闲需求。政府部门应增加女性休闲时间,提高女性的休闲水平和能力,推动休闲产业健康发展。大众传媒应从接触、媒介类型、内容、受众态度四个方面出发,积极引导女性参加各种有益的休闲活动,促进女性的全面发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The feminine leisure quality relates the society harmonious development, the human overall quality enhancement and humanity’s comprehensive progress. In the past several dozens years, the feminine leisure pattern has had many profound changes, but sex still affects the feminine leisure opportunity, leisure choice and the participation level. Studying feminine leisure, is to promote the females to participate in leisure, increase feminine leisure time, improve feminine leisure quality, improve the degree of comfort and satisfaction in the body and mind harmony. This investigation has important practical significance to the Hangzhou feminine leisure research.This paper divides into five chapters. The first chapter is introduction, which introduces research background, significance, basic ideas, analytical frameworks, research methods and innovation. The second chapter is the review of leisure at home and abroad, which introduces the study of domestic and foreign women leisure, consumer behavior and leisure behavior. The third chapter constructs a female leisure behavior model based on former scholar’s models, to explain the entire feminine leisure process, and analyze feminine leisure motives and barriers particularly. The fourth chapter conducts empirical analysis on Hangzhou female leisure behavior from four aspects—individual influence factor, psychological characteristics, reaction factor, leisure satisfaction degree. This article mainly draws conclusions below through the Hangzhou feminine leisure behavior investigation and analysis using SPSS: Time barrier and income barrier are the main obstacles which impede Hangzhou women from leisure activities. High educated women have more choice of development motivation. Hangzhou feminine leisure time exists obvious difference because of age, occupation, income difference; Hangzhou feminine leisure expenditure exists obvious difference because of age, occupation, school record, income difference. The females who have higher school record enjoy more leisure time, the females who have higher income can pay more money on leisure expenditure. The Hangzhou feminine leisure overall presents three big basic characteristics, that is corporality, otherness and materiality. The fifth chapter proposes countermeasure and suggestions below: Leisure enterprise should aim at females of different age, income, occupation, make great efforts on product, price, channel, and promotion, and try hard to meet different feminine leisure needs. The government should increase feminine leisure time, raise feminine leisure level and ability, impel the leisure industry to develop healthily. Mass media should guide the female to participate in beneficial leisure activities positively and promote females to develop fully from four aspects of contact, medium type, content and audience manner.更多还原
