基于RS与GIS的低丘缓坡建设用地开发研究

【摘要】 土地资源稀缺已经成为制约福建省社会经济发展的重要影响因素之一,为保护耕地,缓解人地矛盾,除了做好现有平原上的土地资源集约利用工作,进行山地的建设用地开发也是一项有效举措,而低丘缓坡的建设开发是其先行项目。山地丘陵可用地资源与耕地资源一样具有稀缺性和不可再生性,如何合理地进行低丘缓坡建设用地开发意义重大。本研究以福建省省会城市——福州市为研究区域,借助RS与GIS技术,建立两期福州市土地利用数据库,通过构建低丘缓坡建设用地适宜性评价指标体系对研究区进行等级评价,利用景观格局分析方法从景观水平和建设用地类型水平两个层面研究低丘缓坡建设用地扩展的景观特征表现,并采用CA模型进行福州市低丘缓坡建设用地扩展的模拟和预测。研究结果显示:(1)福州市低丘缓坡总体数量不多,但具有较大的建设用地开发潜力,适宜性等级以比较适宜和基本适宜为主,勉强适宜等级所占比例不足5%;(2)1988年到2004年的16年间,福州市的低丘缓坡景观格局发生了较大的变化:随着人类活动影响的加剧,景观水平上,破碎度增强,斑块的形状变得越来越复杂,各种类型斑块间的优势度下降;建设用地类型水平上,破碎化程度变高,斑块形状变得更加复杂,斑块稳定性有所下降,但建设用地斑块之间的距离正逐渐靠近,分布的团聚性增强;(3)低丘缓坡建设用地不断扩展,增长速度先变快后趋向于和缓。最后,提出合理进行低丘缓坡建设用地开发的原则与建议。

【Abstract】 The economic development has been restricted by the shortage of construction land supply in Fujian Province. In order to protect the cultivated land and slove the contradiction between human and land, it is imperative to utilize the existing land resources in plain area intensively and to exploit the mountains, especially the mild slope of low mountains and hills. Owning to its scarcity and non-regenerate characteristic, it is of important significance to exploit the slope of low mountains and hills rationally. In this paper, taking Fuzhou city as a case study, employing RS and GIS, two land use databases of different year were set up, with the index system of building land suitability evaluation of mild slope of low hill the study area was evaluated; The landscape expression in expansion of building land in the mild slope of low mountains and hills was analysed by the method of landscape pattern; The expansion of building land in the mild slope of low mountains and hills was simulated and predicted by CA model. The result shows that: (1) The quantity of mild slope of low mountains and hills is small, but it is potential for building land exploitation, for most of which is in comparative suitability rank or basic suitability rank, and less than 5% of which is in constrained suitability rank; (2) From 1988 to 2004, the landscape pattern changed dramatically in the mild slope of low mountains and hills in Fuzhou city. Effected by human activities, the landscape changed into fragmentation and the dominance index of class patches decreased; The landscape also changed into fragmentation in building land level, while the patches complexity enhanced and stability reduced. But the distance among building land patches was getting smaller, and the distribution of bulit-land patches was getting agglomerated. (3)The building land keeps expanding, whose speed is decreasing a little after an increasing stage. Finally, the principles and proposals which were about how to exploit mild slope of low mountains and hills rationally were put forward.
