【摘要】 创意产业是起源于个体创意、技巧及才能,透过智慧财产权的生成与利用,而有潜力创造财富和就业机会的产业。在全球化趋势不断加强、国家间竞争日趋激烈的今天,以文化和知识为核心的创意产业在世界各地勃兴,其发展规模和程度已经成为衡量一个国家或城市综合竞争力水平高低的重要标志。产业的集群化是当今产业发展的趋势之一。作为新兴产业的创意产业,其集群化的趋势也越来越突出。但创意产业集群区别于一般产业集群。这就要求政府的主导政策不能沿袭原来工业园区的作法,而应制定更具针对性的政策,营造适合其发展的环境。本文首先在前人研究的基础上阐述了创意产业集群的内涵,然后从发达国家发展创意产业集群的作法中寻求共性并总结出借鉴经验,通过对我国创意产业园区四种形成模式的分析比较,指出我国发展创意产业集群面临的主要问题,进而提出相应的对策建议,以希促进我国创意产业集群更加高效的运作、更具自身特色的准确定位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Creative industries are industries whose products originate from individual creative endeavors, skills and talents. Such fields have potential for wealth and job creation through the generation and exploitation of intellectual property. Today, the globalization trend has been continuously strengthened, inter-country competition is increasingly fierce, the creative industries whose core is the culture and knowledge is emergence around the world, and its scale and extent of development has become an important indicator which measured the level of a country or city’s comprehensive competitiveness, Today, industry cluster is one of the trends in industrial development. As an emerging industry, the trend of creative industries clusters has become increasingly acute. But creative industries cluster different from the general industrial clusters. They require the government-led policy that should not follow the original approach of the industrial garden. The government should develop more targeted policies, and create a suitable environment for the development of creative industries cluster.This paper first puts forward the connotation of creative industry cluster on the basis of previous studies. and then seeking common the practice from developed countries which have developed creative industries clusters, and summed up the reference and the experience. Through the comparison four formation modes of the creative industries garden in our country, pointed out the main existing problems that we developed creative industries clusters in our country, and proceeded to put forward the corresponding proposals to promote the creative industries cluster more efficient operation and more accurate positioning that has its own characteristics.更多还原
