高新技术产业集群竞争力评价研究

【摘要】 高新技术产业集群是高新技术企业一种现代空间组织形式。发展高新技术产业集群是增强一个国家或地区竞争力的有效途径,努力发掘产业集群理论在高新技术产业中的应用,从中寻找我国高新技术产业的竞争优势,提升其竞争力,具有十分重要的理论价值和实际应用价值。通过文献调研和检索发现,目前国内对高新技术产业集群的研究还不是很多,国内学者对高新技术产业集群的研究局限于形成机制、竞争优势等的定性分析上,而对高新技术产业集群的竞争力的定量研究很少。本文在借鉴前人成果的基础上,对高新技术产业集群竞争力进行了定性与定量分析。本文首先阐明了高新技术产业集群竞争力的特征,接着对高新技术产业集群竞争力的来源以及影响因素进行了分析。在此基础上,初步构建了高新技术产业集群竞争力评价指标体系和评价模型,并对长沙高新区高新技术产业集群进行实证分析。先后分析了其概况和现状,最后对其竞争力进行了评价,以期望对长沙高新技术产业集群的发展和竞争力的提升提供政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 High & New technology’s industrial cluster is a modern spacial organized form of high & new technology businesses. Developing the industry cluster is an effective way to build up a region’s even a country’s competitive advantages, thus they are high theoretical and practical applying value to explore the practical value of applying the theory of the industry cluster in high & new technology’s industrial cluster , and to enhance it’s competitiveness. Through literature survey and search, I find that in our country there are not abundant academic papers about high and new technology’s industrial cluster presently, and the scholars in the domestic paid much attention to the researches on the formation mechanism, qualitative analysis of the competitive advantage of the high and new technology’s industrial clusters. And the research on the quantitative analysis of the high and new technology’s industrial cluster’s competitiveness is few. This paper makes qualitative and quantitative analysis of the high and new technology’s industrial cluster’s competitiveness based on the interrelated studies.In the paper, firstly, the characteristic of the competitiveness of new and high technology’s industrial cluster are introduced, then the source and motivating factor of the competitiveness of high and new technology’s industrial cluster are expounded. Based on the above analysis, The assessment index system of competitiveness of high and new technology’s industrial cluster is established , and the fuzzy comprehensive assessment models are established, and then the industrial cluster of Changsha high and new technology’s district is analyzed as a demonstration. it’s general situation and status in quo are analyzed. In the finality, the competitiveness level is evaluated, according to the results of the analysis, proposals have been brought forward to develop Changsha high and new technology’s district and to enhance it’s competitiveness.更多还原
