【摘要】 都市农业是适应城市居民旅游观光、休闲娱乐等多方面需要而产生的一种全新型的农业形态,近年来在国外发达地区和国内的许多大中城市已有很大发展。开展都市农业的调查研究,积极发展都市农业,做到人与自然的和谐统一,对古都西安而言,不仅有现实意义,而且具有理论价值。论文首先概括了都市农业的概念、特征、功能及分类,从国内外都市农业发展实践中总结经验,为西安市都市农业提供参考。主要对西安市都市农业发展进行现状分析,把握西安市都市农业发展的背景、基础、制约因素、机会及产业选择。在此基础上,选取了适合的评价指标构建评价指标体系,对西安市都市农业发展现状进一步进行定量评价,得出结论认为,西安市的都市农业发展尚处于建设阶段。接着对西安市都市农业发展模式进行研究,对比国内外发展模式之后,确定西安市都市农业发展模式。都市农业的发展对相关产业发展具有一定的带动作用,本文尝试研究西安市都市农业发展与三大产业的关联度,从而分析都市农业发展对三大产业的带动作用。在分析的基础上,论文借鉴国内外都市农业发展的先进经验,提出了西安市都市农业进一步发展的相关对策建议,包括:优化都市农业布局;扩展其功能结构;创新运行管理体制;规范土地;制定高起点的发展规划并构架相应的信息网络等。值得指出的是,本文在对策中首次提出,将都市农业发展与城中村改造相结合的发展理念,这不仅为城中村的改造开辟了新的就业途径,也为都市农业的发展拓展了新的空间领域。更多还原

【Abstract】 The urban agriculture is one brand-new agricultural shape which adapts the city peoples to travel goes sightseeing, leisure entertainment and so on is various needs to produce, in recent years had the very big development in the overseas developed area and the domestic many major and medium cities. Therefore, to make follow up study on urban agriculture to ancient Xi’an has not only the practical significance, but also has the value for application.This article first summed up the concept , the feature, the function and the classification of urban agriculture, summed up the experiences from the urban agricultural development at home and abroad, provide reference for Xi’an urban agriculture. Then analysis to the Xi’an urban agricultural development, grasp the context, infrastructure, constraints, opportunities and options industry of the Xi’an urban agriculture development. On this basis, has been selected for the evaluation index evaluating indicators system, and had further quantitative evaluation for Xi’an urban agricultural development, concluded that Xi’an urban agricultural development is still in the construction phase. Then research on the model of Xi’an urban agricultural development, after contrast with the mode of development at home and abroad, identified the model of Xi’an urban agricultural development. Urban agriculture development has leading role of the related industries development, this article try to rear the correlation between the urban agriculture and three industries, then analyze the development of urban agriculture on the leading role of the three major industries Has analyzed the existence question of Xi’an urban agricultural development and draw comparison to the international experience in the development of urban agriculture, this article presents the relevant suggestions: optimizes the urban agriculture layout; expand its functional structure; innovative operation and management system; standardizing the land; develop a development planning with a high starting point and frame the corresponding information networks and so on. Worth proposing, this article proposed for made the first time to innovation concept of combining urban agriculture development with the village reconstruction.
