【摘要】 任何产品都需要包装,包装和产品经若干个环节由包装供应商、产品生产商、产品销售商到达消费者手中;消费者消费后包装和产品变成了废弃物,废弃的包装要和使用后的产品一起被回收再利用,这就是包装和产品的整个生命周期过程。在这一过程中包装供应商、产品生产商、产品销售商、消费者和回收商分别参与并完成了各自的活动,组成了整个相互作用的供应链管理系统。紧紧围绕包装和产品生命周期这一主线,论文在分析面向包装与产品生命周期过程的供应链管理系统实际需求的基础上,分析了体系中包装供应商、产品制造商、产品经销商、消费者和回收商等各类用户的具体业务流程,确定了系统中各类用户的地位和权限:分析了供应链和逆向供应链的特点、模型以及存在的问题,结合正、逆向供应链研究闭环供应链系统,同时分析了传统供应链信息管理系统模式存在的问题,最终提出了该系统的第三方模型,并分析了模型中各类用户之间的物流、信息流和资金流的一般流程,确定了系统的集成方案,分析了该集成方案的优点;基于上述分析,对整体集成系统进行了模块设计,并设计了各类用户功能模块以及系统的数据库;最后介绍了系统模式、实现技术和系统的体系结构。论文最后以包装和产品的生命周期过程为主线,展示了系统软件的主要功能。系统具有很高的可扩展性和兼容性,可植入企业或企业联盟。更多还原

【Abstract】 Any products needed packaging, and packages and products reached to final consumers from suppliers, manufactures and distributors through a long way. Packages and products became the waste after use, and then they should be recycled and reused. This is the life cycle of the packages and products. In this process, suppliers, manufactures, distributors, consumers and recyclers completed their different activities that constituted the supply chain of the whole management system.This paper taked the life cycle of the packages and the products as the main line, analyzed the basic flows of suppliers, manufactures, distributors, consumers and recyclers and confirmed their positions and the popedoms in the system; then the characteristics, models and problems of the supply chain and reverse supply chain were analyzed, the closed-loop supply chain integrating the supply chain and reverse supply chain was researched and the third part mode of the system was put forward; the general modes of the current of materials, information flow and capital flow were analyzed; the integrated project of system was defined and the advantages of project were analyzed; the modules, detailed functions of the users and the database of the system were designed. Finally the mode of the system, technique and frame of the system were presented. Down the key line of life cycle of the packages and the products, the paper displayed main functions of the system software. The system had good expansibility and compatibility, and can be used in the unions of enterprises.更多还原
