【摘要】 第三方物流在当今社会生产中发挥着越来越重要的作用,已成为覆盖面最广泛的行业之一。第三方物流是随着物流理论与实践的不断深入发展而出现的,是物流专业化、一体化的必然产物。从事家电物流的第三方物流企业通过专业化的运作,整合物流资源,取得规模效应,使家电企业集中于核心业务、降低成本、增强灵活性,第三方物流担负着为家电行业提供现代物流服务的使命。但我国家电行业第三方物流服务水平与国外相比有较大的差距,我国家电行业第三方物流企业整体上营销理念落后,服务功能单一,市场对第三方物流服务需求不足,家电行业第三方物流的服务创新势在必行。论文以家电行业第三方物流服务为研究对象,对我国家电行业第三方物流的服务创新模式及其保障体系进行研究。其主要内容和结论如下所述:(1)第三方物流服务的本质是满足委托企业的需求,其常见的物流服务分为运输、仓储/配送、信息服务和增值服务四大类,具有信息化、网络化、自动化、柔性化、智能化等特性。(2)家电行业第三方物流服务现存的问题包括物流活动仍以企业物流为主、物流服务仍以传统业务和方式为主、物流设施的现代化和物流技术的应用水平不高、物流成本高等。(3)第三方物流企业、家电企业、家电物流环境及科学技术等多方面因素均有利于促进和带动家电行业第三方物流的服务创新。(4)根据我国家电物流服务创新的宏观环境和微观环境的独特性,提出了一套适合我国家电行业第三方物流企业的服务创新模式,并且全面分析和给出了这一模式的优化方法。(5)我国家电行业第三方物流服务创新的保障体系,并在此基础上设计给出了保障体系中组织保障、人力资源保障和技术进步保障的具体内容与办法。(6)对海尔物流的案例进行分析,不但从中得到了一些十分有益的启示,而且为上述研究结论和模式设计奠定了坚实的实践基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Now the TPL plays an important role in the society production. It has been one of the largest businesses. It is a new logistics form, which presents itself in the developing process of logistics theory and practice. It is an inevitable outcome of logistics specialization and integration. Through special operation, the TPL integrates logistics resources and produces scale effect, and makes the household appliance enterprises pay attention on core operation, reduce the cost, enhance the flexibility, and partakes the risk with its clients. It takes on the mission of providing modern logistics service. But the level of our country’s TPL service in household appliance industry is lower than the developed country, and the need of it is not enough, which reason is lagged marketing and service ideas, single service. It is necessary to develop service innovation of the TPL in household appliance industry.The thesis focused on the TPL service of household appliance industry, argued the innovative mode and guarantee system of the TPL service in household appliance industry of our country. Particular contents are:(1) The essence of the TPL service is to satisfy enterprises, which includes transportation, storage/distribution, information service and value-added service, while its characteristic contains informatization, networking, automatization, flexibility, intelligence and so on.(2) The problems about the TPL service of household appliance industry as follows: the logistics activities are still based on business logistics; the services are mostly traditional operations and measures all the same; the level of modern logistics facilities and logistics technology’s application are lowly; the cost of logistics service is high and so on.(3) There are many factors which are good to promote and spur the TPL service innovation in household appliance industry, for example, the TPL enterprises, household appliance enterprises, appliance logistics environment and science and technology, etc.(4) According to the uniqueness of macro and micro environments of the TPL service innovation, this research argued the service innovation model adapted to the TPL in household appliance industry of our country, and the optimized method of this model.(5) This thesis researched on the guarantee system of service innovation of the TPL in household appliance industry, analyzed the contents and designed the method of organization guarantee, human resources guarantee and technology progress guarantee.(6) Case study on the logistics service of Haier. Through the case study, we can not only obtain some helpful inspirations but also establish stabile practical foundation of conclusion and model designing in this research.更多还原
