远东电缆公司电线电缆新产品研发项目管理研究

【摘要】 目前在电线电缆行业中由于竞争激烈、低水平重复建设加剧。一些大型电缆越来越注重电缆新产品和材料技术研发工作。但由于没有采用项目管理的科学管理理念来进行新产品的研发工作,而导致许多研发项目的成功率偏低或者经济效益不高,从而影响了企业进行材料和新产品的技术研发工作的积极性和主动性。本文分析了远东电缆公司在2000-2006年新产品研发项目管理中存在的主要问题,提出了解决问题的对策,制定了远东电缆公司电线电缆新产品研发项目管理方案。在新产品研发项目“煤矿用移动类额定电压6/10kV金属屏蔽监视型阻燃软电缆”中尝试采用远东电缆公司研发项目管理方案对该研发项目进行管理研究,通过本研发项目进行的项目可行性论证、项目组成员的激励政策、项目时间管理等方面的应用,解决以往研发项目中存在的一些问题,取得了一些研究成果。本文在此基础上还制定了实施该管理方案的的关键措施,通过这些措施以保证研发项目管理方案的顺利实施。

【Abstract】 At present the wire & cable industry have so many companies, which compete impetuously and build many factories with lower technology level, these factories need few fund and little technology. So some large-scale enterprises pay more attention to the research of new product and cable material. But because these enterprises do not adopt project management method to develop the new produce research, the succession rate of many research projects is too low and the economical benefit of many research projects is not high. So these faults impact on the enterprise’s go-aheadism about new product research.This article analyzes the main problems which exist in the new product R & D project management of the Far East cable company from 2000 to 2006, and find out the countermeasure which can solve these problems. This article constitutes the new produce R & D management precept for the Far East cable company. This article applies the R & D management precept to the project "the mining flame-resistance flexible cable with metal screen and pilot conductor for rated voltage up to 6/10kV", and trials to research project management principle during the process. Through analyzing project feasibility demonstration, project member prompting policy, project time management and etc, this article solves some problems, and achieves some performance. On these basics this article still constitutes some key measures for the new product R & D management principle; these measures can ensure the management principle to bring into effect all right.
