无线电引信电磁兼容性测试技术研究

【摘要】 由于战场空间电磁环境日趋复杂和无线电引信系统中越来越多地采用电子器件,因此无线电引信必须进行电磁兼容性测试。本课题对无线电引信进行辐射发射测试、辐射抗扰度测试和静电放电抗扰度测试,来分析无线电引信在遭受极限电磁环境时是否能保证其可靠性。由于GTEM小室具有众多优点,所以本文在无线电引信的辐射发射和抗扰度测试时选用GTEM小室。论文首先分析并验证了GTEM 250小室的主要技术指标,由于验证TEM模和场均匀性的需要,设计了基于HI-6005的场强测量软件。其次,介绍了利用GTEM 250小室测量无线电引信辐射发射的方法,计算了典型无线电引信1和2总的辐射功率和在OATS上产生的辐射场强。介绍了利用GTEM 250小室进行无线电引信辐射抗扰度测试的方法。最后,对两种典型无线电引信1和2进行辐射抗扰度试验和静电放电抗扰度试验并分析了试验结果,得出这两种引信所具有的辐射抗扰度等级及静电放电抗扰度等级。

【Abstract】 With a more complex electromagnetic environment of the battlefield space and the wider application of electrical device in radio fuze systems, radio fuze must be carried on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test. In this paper, radio fuze was carried on the radiated emission test, the radiated immunity test and the electrostatic discharge (ESD) immunity test, and analyzed whether to be able to guarantee its reliability when it was suffered the limit electromagnetic environment.Because GTEM cell has a lot of advantages, it was chose to carry on the radiated emission test and the radiated immunity test for radio fuze. In this paper, firstly, the main technical specification of GTEM 250 cell were analyzed and confirmed, and a software for field stress measurement that based on the HI-6005 was designed to confirm the TEM mode and field uniformity. Next, a method that carried on the radiated emission for radio fuze with GTEM 250 cell was introduced, and total radiated power and radiated field stress on an OATS of typical radio fuze 1 and 2 were calculated, and a method that carried on the radiated immunity for radio fuze with GTEM 250 cell was introduced. Finally, both of typical radio fuze 1 and 2 were carried on the radiated immunity and the ESD immunity test and analyzed their results, so obtained their radiated immunity rank and ESD immunity rank.
