技术主体的道德责任

【摘要】 技术在人类的社会生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用,技术不仅能满足人类的物质需求,而且能满足人类的精神文化需要。一方面,我们对技术心怀感恩;另一方面,当我们反观技术的发展时却发现:技术在给人类带来福音的同时,也使人类面临许多困惑。这究竟是谁的过错呢?我们又怎样才能找到一种科学的方法,有效防范和解决技术应用的负面效应呢?本文将从这一问题谈起,分析技术的本质和基本属性,探析技术应用的必然性及其技术应用带来负面效应的种种表现.初步探讨技术负面效应的主体性原因,进而从技术主体的向度分析技术主体应当承担的道德责任,构架预防和化解技术应用负面效应的有效途径或方法.以期技术能最大限度地发挥作用给人类带来福祉,同时又最大限度地减少或清除它的负面效应,使技术能更好地为人类服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Technology are playing more and more significant roles in people’s social lives, that is, they are not only meet the need of human’s material ,but also meet the need of human’s mind .However, when looking back at the development of technology, we may find it has brought about intractable problems as well as glad tidings. Who should be responsible for this problem? How can we take full advantage of technology and at the same time reduce its side effects to the largest extent? This paper will discuss this issue, make the initial tempts to explore the roots of technology and its dual nature, analyze its legality in the side effect of the application of technology and its primary causes. Moreover, we will analyze the moral responsibility of technology and find useful methods of the prevention and solution for the side effect of the application of technology. Therefore, we can make full advantage of technology and reduce its side effect to the largest extent in order to make it serve human beings better.更多还原
