【摘要】 论文以供电企业人力资源管理为背景,基于数据仓库和数据挖掘的相关理论,运用商业智能技术,提出了人力资源BI系统的解决方案,并进行了设计与实现。论文从人事管理与教育培训管理等方面对供电企业人力资源管理进行深入分析的基础上,设计了系统整体架构,搭建了分析决策系统框架。并采用Oracle数据仓库、OLAP与数据挖掘技术对数据进行整合、分析,系统前端采用BO作为展示平台。论文的工作意义在于为人力资源管理提供了全面、直观的决策依据,进而解决了MIS系统中存在的信息孤岛问题。通过BI技术,充分利用了企业人事管理过程中保存的大量历史数据,为公司进行人事分析、发现人事管理问题及进行业务决策提供了重要保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper is on the background of electric power enterprise’s manpower resource management, betakes the technology of Business Intelligence, which is based on the relevant technology of data warehouse and data mining. The solution, design and realization of Manpower Resource Management Business Intelligence System is provided in this paper. The paper designs the total framework based on the thorough analysis of the electric power enterprise’s manpower resource management from the management of manpower ,the management of payment and the education and training aspects. The solution conformity and analyse the data based on the Oracle data warehouse, Oracle OLAP tools and data mining technology,the data’s exhibition is based on the Business Objects.The significance of this paper is provides the all-sided and intuitionistic accordings to manpower resource management, and resolve of information acnode in the Management Information System. With Business Intelligence , make use of the abundant and historical data provides the important guarantee to the manpower resource’s analysis,finding the problem and decision-making.更多还原
