配电网消弧与故障定位控制技术的研究

【摘要】 配电网作为与用户直接相连的电力网,其运行可靠性至关重要。本文针对配电网运行中的消弧控制、单相故障接地选线及故障定位等技术问题开展研究。谐振接地方式的优势取决于消弧线圈的性能,主辅式自动调谐消弧线圈集合了传统消弧线圈与电力电子技术的优点,是新型消弧设备的一个发展方向。本文以消弧和选线并重的角度去设计新型消弧线圈,提出了改进残流增量法的选线方法,使消弧线圈在消弧与选线两方面都能取得良好效果。最后,本文在选线基础上研究更为准确的故障定位,采用C型行波定位方法,综合多种信号源发生器来应对各种接地故障,扩大C型行波定位技术的有效域。论文的主要工作是通过理论分析、计算机仿真、硬件研制和实际实验多种形式阐明、解决上述问题,为配电网发生故障后的安全可靠运行提供了一套较为全面的解决方案,具有较强的工程实用性。
【Abstract】 As the direct link to customer , the operating reliability of distribution system is very important. This paper studies some important problems on arc-suppression coil、fault line detecting and fault location. The advantage of Resonant Earthed Neutral System(RENS) lies on the performance of arc-suppression coil.. The leading-support & automatic tuning arc-suppression coil aggregates the advantages of traditional coil and electronic technology, which is an orientation of new type coils. In this paper, the new type coil’s design gives attention to both extinction of arc and fault line detecting, and the paper brings an improved residual current increment, which is a fault line detecting method and makes the coil obtain better effects on both extinction of arc and fault line detecting. In the end, it studies C-Traveling wave fault location and synthesis various kinds of signal source generator.The paper illuminates and resolves the problems above through theoretic analysis, computer simulation, hardware design,and physical experimentation, which brings an integral solution for adopting RENS, and is full of practicality.
