基于Web-GIS的北京输电网生产管理系统的开发和应用

【摘要】 本文针对北京电力公司输电网生产管理模式的特征,基于地理信息系统理论和Web-GIS技术对输电网生产管理进行了分析,根据需求设计开发了基于Web-GIS的输电网地理信息管理系统。并且结合当前国际、国内自然灾害情况,以及灾害防范方面存在的问题,再根据北京地区的自然概况建立电网自然灾害预警功能模块,该功能体现监测、通信及预警一体化,由监测子系统、通信网络子系统、决策支持子系统、预警子系统组成。
【Abstract】 In the light of the feature of Beijing Power Company power transmission network operating management model, based on the theory of Geographic Information System and the technology of Web-GIS, the paper analyzes the operating management of the power transmission network. In the demand of user the paper design and develop the Geographic Information Management System of power transmission network. Considering the actual situation of international and domestic natural disaster, and the question of its disaster defending, establish the natural disaster warning function module including supervising subsystem, communication network subsystem, decision subsystem and warning subsystem. The function can incarnate the integration of supervising, communication and warning.
