通信动力与环境集中监控系统的研究与应用

【摘要】 随着移动通信网络的日益庞大,如何保证众多造价昂贵的精密设备正常运行,发挥通信网效益至关重要。科学技术的迅速发展,使通信设备的自动化性能有了很大提高,为通信系统的集中监控管理提供了可行性。通信动力与环境监控系统是一个分布式计算机控制系统,它是一个集中并融合了传感器技术、现代计算机技术、通信技术、网络技术和人机系统技术的最新成果而构成的计算机集成系统,能够实现遥测、遥信和遥控三遥功能,对实现现代化的通信电源维护和科学管理有着重要的意义。本文研究了通信动力与环境监控系统中监控对象、监控内容、功能需求。分析了监控系统的基本组成,监控系统的监控方式选择等问题,在充分考虑了层次功能划分、层次化结构配置原则以及网络拓扑结构的基础上,提出了一个通信动力与环境监控系统完整的设计方案。本文对监控系统内部的通信协议进行了分析和设计,对通信协议在监控系统中实现机制进行具体的阐述,并通过实例分析协议的应用。最后,对监控系统的进一步研究进行了展望。

【Abstract】 With the increasingly complexity and hugeness of mobile communication networks, it is very important to benefit from communication networks to ensure these expensive cost of numerous sophisticated equipments operate normally. Because of the development of the techno1ogy,the automatic capability of communication equipments has been greatly improved. Furthermore,It is feasible to centralized monitor the communication system.The concentrate supervision system of power and environment,is a kind of distributed computer control system and a kind of computer integrated system, which centralized and integrated the latest results of sensor technology, modern computer technology, communication technology, networks and human-machine system technology. It can achieve three-tele functions included telemetering, telecommunicate and telecontrol. This kind of system is of great importance to achieve modern maintenance of communication power and scientific management.This paper researched the supervision object, supervision details and functional requirements in concentrate supervision system of power and environment.And analyzed some problems, such as the basic components of the supervision system and the selection of supervision mode, and so on. On the base of fully taking into account the arrangement function partition, the allocation principle of hierarchical structure, as well as network technology, the paper put forward a complete design project for supervision system. This paper analysis and design the internal communication protocol of supervision system, and concretely expatiate the implementation mechanism of communication protocol in concentrate supervision system, at last, analysis the application of protocol according to instances.In the end, the paper described the prospects of the further research about supervision system.
