农产品交易方式研究

【摘要】 本文是一篇对农产品交易方式研究较为全面、系统的学术成果。通过对农产品交易方式概念性阐述,给出了较为新颖的交易方式分类,即农产品传统交易方式与现代交易方式,而这两大类交易方式的全新界定将为我国农产品交易方式的理论与实证研究提供新思路。全文运用交易费用理论和农产品流通理论,不仅对农产品传统交易方式和现代交易方式两大类别间进行纵向分析,但考虑到类别内部又包含多种交易方式且每种交易方式又有若干不同实现形式,因此,文章中又大量采用比较分析法和典型分析法,对每种交易方式还进行横向对比。本人试着从交易条件、交易方式运行经济效率及社会效率出发,研究农产品交易方式存在社会基础和价值功能,最后得出农产品每种交易方式存在都有其社会必然性,并且农产品传统交易方式向现代交易方式过渡也是历史的必然。所以,我们一方面要合理选择运用每种交易方式,让其充分发挥自身价值;另一方面还需要不断完善交易方式存在的社会条件,做好农产品传统交易方式向现代交易方式过渡准备。
【Abstract】 This thesis is a comparatively comprehensive and systematic study on the trading mode of farm produce. By the conceptual approach to the trading mode of farm produce, this thesis proposes a relatively new classification: the traditional trading mode and the modern trading mode. Thus, this proposal of the two major types of transactions would provide new ideas for domestic agricultural products trading mode theories and empirical study. By using transaction cost theory and the distribution of farm produce theory, this thesis not only gives a longitudinal analysis on the traditional and modern trading mode, moreover considering each type contains vary internal transaction modes and theirs respectively different realize ways, it also has a horizontal comparison of each trading mode with the method of comparative analysis and typical analysis. Beginning with study the trading conditions, the economic efficiency of the trading operation and social efficiency, the thesis founds agricultural trading mode has its social base and value function, thus a conclusion that each agricultural products trading mode has its social inevitability is made, moreover, it is also inevitable that the traditional trading mode will finally be transferred to modern trading mode. Therefore, we must make a reasonable choice for each trading mode to make sure its full value has been realized, and on the other hand, we need constantly improve the social conditions on which trading mode depends and thus make a good preparation for the traditional trading mode being transferred to the modern one.
