【摘要】 高职院校与企业有着密不可分的联系,坚持以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,走产学研结合的道路是高职院校的办学特色和亮点。高职院校要在竞争中取得优势,很大程度上取决于企业参与办学的程度。学院和企业的“双赢”行为的多元化合作,不仅有利于解决校企之间的人才供需矛盾,而且将成为高职院校发展的加速器,对改善高职院校办学条件,增强活力,办出特色,提高办学水平有着重要的意义。本文主要从三个方面对高职院校校企多元化合作进行研究和探索。一、以校企多元化合作的结合点:人才培养、技术开发、人才交流与培训、资源共享和信息沟通等多个方面作为挈入点进行高职院校校企多元化合作的研究及实践探索。同时,侧重于提高企业参与合作的动力,促进校企之间的深层次多元化合作。二、“他山之石,可以攻玉”。通过对德国双元制、韩国“产学合作”、澳大利亚TAFE等发达国家的高职业教育校企合作成功经验的探索,为我国高职院校校企多元化合作提供有益的启示。三、以广西工业职业技术学院校企多元化合作实践为例,对校企多元化合作进行研究,并作为本研究课题的结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is a close relation between higher vocational college and enterprise. The road, which sticks to the aim of service and the guide of employment, is the character and highlight of the development of higher vocational college. The advantages of higher vocational college in competition mainly come from the degree of the partition of enterprise. The multi-collaboration of double win between higher vocational college and enterprise, not only benefit for resolving the supply-demand talent conflict between higher vocational college and enterprise, but also become the development accelerator of higher vocational college, which can advocate the facilities of teaching, enforce the activity, develop character and increase the level of educating. The article mainly explores and researches the collaboration in three ways. Firstly, based on the combination between college and enterprise—cultivate talents, develop technology, exchange and train talents, share in resources and share in information—as the point to explore and research the mechanism of the collaboration of college and enterprise of higher vocational college. At the same time, in order to promote the deepen collaboration between college and enterprise by increasing the motive of enterprise. Secondly, A stone, which come from other hill, can become pearl. According to the analysis of the higher vocational college success experience of several developed countries, such as dual-system of German, cooperation between school and enterprise of Korea , TAFE of Australia etc, we can absorb some benefits for our higher vocational college in multi-collaboration between college and enterprise. Thirdly, The article is based on Guangxi Vocational and Technical Institute of Industry as example to research the practice of the multi-collaboration between college and enterprise.
