转轮裂纹声发射信号传输的蓝牙解决方案及系统集成

【摘要】 混流式水轮机转轮叶片经常出现大量贯穿裂纹,严重影响到水电站安全运行。应用声发射这种动态无损检测技术,可实现对水轮机转轮裂纹的在线监测,从而为及时发现并排除安全隐患提供保障。因此,研制一套能够工作于水轮机转轮上、对转轮裂纹进行在线监测的检测系统对维护电站的安全生产具有十分重要的意义。本文在原有DSP检测系统已实现对转轮裂纹声发射信号采集、滤波处理基础之上,增加基于蓝牙技术的无线数传模块,实现声发射参数从下位机向上位机的无线传送。制作设计硬件和软件资源,实现系统集成。研制过程中,软件方面,编写下位机声发射参数传输程序,对下位机各程序模块进行集成,利用Windows API开发具有可视化界面的上位机接收程序,实现对接收参数的通道判断、类型识别、实时显示及文件保存;硬件上,制做用于A/D前端增益调节的四通道增益调节电路板,完成各硬件模块在机盒内的组装。对集成后的系统做了传输速率对比实验、铅笔芯折断实验,验证系统无线传输性能,达到预期效果。

【Abstract】 Mass trans-cracks frequently appeared in runner blade of Francis Turbine seriously endangered the security of the waterpower station. The AE (acoustic emission) technique is a dynamic nondestructive examination way, the application of it can realize on-line monitoring to the cracks of runner blade of Francis turbine, accordingly when the hidden trouble occurs, it would be discoveried and consequently excluded timely. So to develop a suit of AE detecting system used in monitoring the cracks of runner blade is of great important to the safe running of waterpower station, the AE detecting system is fixed on the runner blade to realize the function of on-line monitoring to the cracks of runner blade.The existing DSP detecting system had realized the function of sampling AE signal and FIR filter, in this article, the wireless transmission modules based on Bluetooth technique were added, which accordingly realize the function of wireless transmission from DSP detecting system to PC. The resources of hardware and software were manufactured and designed to realize the integration of the detecting system.In the process of developing, in software, the AE parameters transmitting program of DSP detecting system were written, program modules were integrated. By using Windows API function, the receiving program that runs in the computer was developed, which had viewable interface and functions of distinguishing the serial number of channel, differentiating the types of parameters, real time display and saving received parameters to corresponding files. In hardware, the circuit board aims at converting voltage of four channels was made, all hardware modules were assembled in box. After the system had been accomplished, the experimentation of comparising transmission baud rate and breaking off pencil were made to validate the wireless transmission performance. The result achieved the anticipated purpose.
