【摘要】 随着工业自动化水平的迅速提高,计算机在工业领域的广泛应用,人们对工业自动化的要求越来越高,很多控制设备和过程控制装置在工业领域得到广泛应用,传统的工业控制软件已经无法满足用户的各种需要。组态软件因此而产生。根据柳州五菱汽车联合发展有限公司1000T压力机的工艺原理和控制要求,结合力控组态软件的功能进行充分的需求分析,阐述了力控组态软件在压力机控制系统的作用。论文的主要内容如下:1、对PLC和组态软件的现状与发展趋势作了简单介绍,明确论文背景和目的,分析组态软件在压力机监控中的意义。2、压力机各动作控制工艺的研究。了解压力机的工作过程及工艺要求。总结各机构的动作逻辑和顺序,为实现压力机监控做准备。3、控制系统功能模块设置,包括供电、润滑、滑块调整、移动工作台和行程控制模块的选择,控制程序的调试。4、监控系统的设计,包括控制主画面、润滑画面、气路画面、工作台画面、模具参数设置画面、故障诊断画面等,实现生产现场动态显示和控制。压力机监控系统的设计进行了验证试验,并根据试验结果和设计要求进行了进一步的改进和完善。试验证明,该压力机监控系统具有性能稳定、人机界面友好等优点。已经可以达到对设备进行实时监控和对设备维护提供帮助的作用,较好的满足工厂生产的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the high development of the industry automation, computers were widely applied in the industry field. The industry automation was required more and more by people. Many control equipments and process-control facilities were widely used in the industry field. The traditional industry control software can’t meet the different kinds of customers’ requirement. So configuration software comes into existence.According to the technology principle and control requirement of the 1000T press in Liuzhou Wuling Montors United Development LMD Co., in combination with the function of the ForceControl configuration software, The paper fully analyze the demand of the ForceControl configuration software, explain the function that the ForceControl configuration software make in the press control system. The paper’s main content was as follows:1. Briefly introduce Current Situation and development trend of PLC and configuration software. Explain the background and aim of dissertation. Analyse the signification of configuration software to monitor press.2. Research the control process of press’s action . Comprehend the working procedure and process of press. Summarize the logic and sequence of structure’s action. Prepare to achieve the goal of press’s monitoring.3. Setup funtion module of control system, including the selection of power supply, Lubrication, Block adjust, Movement of the work table and journey control module, Debugging of control proceduce.4. Design of monitoring system, including control the main menu,lubrication menu. Air channel menu,work table menu, the menu of mould parameter setup, and the menu of fault diagnose and so on, to achieve to dynamically display and control the jobsiteThe design of press’s monitoring system was verified and tested. And according to test result and design requirement, improve and perfect the design. The test proved the press’s monitoring system has the advantage of stabilize capability and user-friendly interface.
